Found 1, 2 and 1 cockroaches IN MY apartment (not outside; 1 in the lounge, 3 in the bathroom). The staff reacted with routine (well, the staff put something against it around the apartment).

Pay the extra for somethings nicer.

This place is as good as a hostel that charges for everything inc Internet and TV. The place is run down and needs a lot of money put into it. Location is not the best.

Pool good and reception staff helpful but no water for 36 hours and place basic and old. Its what it is but dont pay too much.....

Skremmende Hotel fra 70 tallet

Vi har aldri opplev som dårlig hotellet tidligere. - Hotell romnet var skitten ved ankomst ,skitten badet ,hår på gulvet ,vegger etc. - Sofa ,umulig å sitte der og veldig skitten - Kjøkken er gammelt og veldig skitten. Alle glassene og kopper hadde flekker fra tidligere gjester. Veggen rund kjøkken var full av fett. Under vasken var maurer og rundt helle rommet. - Flisene på badet var full å fett og flekker,mugg rund dusjen og vannslage var ødelagt - Madressene var gammelt,skitten og store flekker blød på kantene. Det var så ekelt og sove der. - De opplyste oss ved innsjekk at de vasker hver dag ,nei ,de kaste KUN søppel. Dette gjødde de kun to dager. Håndklær ble byttet hver 4 dag ,over det fikk du nei eller måte du og betaler 3 euro per håndklær. Sengetøy ble aldri skifte på 7 dager. - Baseng var veldig skittent , mugg på alle kanter. utrolig at dette er lov. - Du må betale for alt ekstra hvis du ønsker det. Internett, tv ,håndklær ,kopier over to sider etc. Service fra personale i resepsjonen var elendig ,alltid de samme svar " vi får ikke lov .... Det er en forferdelig opplevelse og bor på dette hotel. Vi kommer aldri tilbake der og skulle ønske fjernes på alle nettsider slik at ingen opplever det samme som oss.

Es un hotel muy precario. No tenia ningún servicio de bar avierto. EL jardín lo mantenían bien, pero el interior de los bunlaows es decepcionante. En muy mal estado y lleno de pequeños arreglos hechos de cualquier manera. Escasez de sábanas i mantas (solo una manta para cuatro personas). Las Almuhadas muy incómodas. No había suficientes vasos ni platos, igualmente con las sillas. Bungalow para cuatro personas con dos sillas y un taburete. Cucarachas en la cocina. La limpieza era justa. Un desastre. Es un sitio económico para dirmir y pasar el dia fuera.

Per quanto rguarda il bungalows molto vecchio e fatiscente anche se funzionale basicamente.Non esisteva tv in italiano anche se mi hanno fatto pagare 7 euro per una settimana dicendo che esisteva accesso tv era chiuso a chiave. Tutto era a pagamento anche parcheggio. Ora visto che uno paga per il soggiorno 348 euro va da se che almeno questi servizi base debbano essere compresi.Letti molto scomodi e vecchi

Para no volver.

Lo mejor, las amacas, incluso mejor que las camas o el sillón, las instalaciones pésimas al igual que el servicio, el gerente tiene muy aprendidas las excusas para todo lo que podamos exponer, a parte de demostrar un afecto infimo hacia los canarios, "desde que pueda no permite entrar a canarios" es una de las perlas que concedía mientras presentaba la reclamación. No pedía la devolución de nada sólo que la autoridad pertinente comprobara el establecimiento.

Buena relación calidad/precio

Por 210€ dos personas 6 noches, realmente no se puede pedir ningún lujo, pero me ha resultado bastante positiva la estancia. Había leído opiniones de todo tipo, pero realmente algunas muy malas e iba con algo de miedo. Nuestro bungalow (el número 22), estaba bastante limpio, con microhondas, nevera y tv en muy buen estado, pasaban a hacer la limpieza cada 2 días por la habitación. Quizás le falta algo de menaje en la cocina, por ese motivo no se lleva el máximo de puntuación, y también que en estos momentos no puedes pedir un coste por ver la TV en la habitación, aunque con cuaquier Smartphone la puedes encender y verla gratis... La piscina muy grande y bastante limpia. Si buscas playa, no es tu hotel ya que se encuentra alejado de la playa y la zona de marcha, es un hotel para descansar y desconectar. Me ha gustado la estancia

tout payant et un peu cherpour la qualité de l'hotel wifi 5 euros pas jours tv n'a pas marché un soir le ménage fait par nous meme les occupants extremement bruyants en bord de piscine avec non respect de la propreté laissé par l homme d'entretien du matin.poubelles dégueulasses mégots par terre
