Located 2 km from the perched village of GRAMBOIS, the property is located in a clearing of 12ha of which 8ha are exploited in vines and 4ha constitute the park of the residence composed of a country house, a house of friends and a caretaker's house, all with a magnificent view of the Luberon mountain range. The apartment for rent is full foot on the side of the entrance and the first floor on the opposite side because of the slope of the land. It benefits from the enjoyment of the park with access to a swimming pool and a tennis court.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Tranquillité assurée

Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer dix jours merveilleux dans cette propriété viticole, où le calme, la tranquillité et un dépaysement total étaient au rendez-vous. Loin de l'effervescence des grandes villes, cette maison est idéalement située pour partir à la découverte des nombreux villages provençaux : Grambois, Mirabeau, Ansouis, Lourmarin, etc...De plus, nous avions accès à une piscine et un terrain de tennis privés, que les propriétaires, très sympathiques, nous ont gentiment mis à disposition.Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Monsieur et Madame les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur sympathie. Je recommande vivement.

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de la part de Marc et de son épouse . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un cadre magnifique. Grande Piscine...( 15m ) mise a disposition par le couple pour en profiter en famille. Idéal pour se ressourcer à un prix raisonnable !

Great place, wonderful owners!

Great place next to a vineyard and beautiful forest. Nearby Grambois, a small medieval town with a very fine bakery and a lovely little pizzeria.

Landsitz mit Potential - man müsste sich kümmern.

Wer Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier genau richtig, sofern die häufig lautstark sprechende und schimpfende Nachbarin abwesend ist. WLAN ist im Haus incl.Terrasse nicht vorhanden, am Eingang zum Haus (morgens volle Sonne) gibt es an einem sehr begrenzten Platz schwachen Empfang. Wasser grün und geruchstechnisch nicht neutral, daher haben wir mit gekauften Wasser gekocht. KÜCHE: Über Herd und Spüle hängt eine riesige Esse auf~175 cm Höhe. Beulen am Kopf sind unvermeidbar. Für den Backofen fehlt alles. Bleche, Tarte- und Kuchenformen. Sehr ausreichendes Kaffegeschirr mit Blumendekor u. Goldrand, alles andere eine Sammlung mit vielen Macken, keine Dessertschalen und ein Satz Plastikschüsseln (z. T. schmutzig und fettig) Der Elektroherd führt ein Eigenleben (geht/geht nicht). Esstisch mit vier Stühlen samt Polstern auf der Terrasse hübsch, aber völlig unbequem. Sonst sind keine weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Die Terrassse incl. der Möbel war bei Ankunft sehr schmutzig. Staubsauger, Besen, Wischer, fehlen im Haus. Die Schiebetüren der Kleiderschränke in den Schlafräumen lassen sich auch mit Kraft nicht bewegen. Überall sind erfreulicherweise Blendläden und Insektenschutztüren vorhanden. Dazwischen leider viel Schmutz, Spinnweben und tote Insekten -Staubsauger wirkt Wunder. Der uns zugewiesene Parkplatz im Schatten wurde nach zwei Tagen von der Nachbarin lautstark reklamiert. Die Eigentümer sind nett, haben sich bemüht und der Wein hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Großzügig und entspannt.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, perfekte, alleinstehende ruhige Lage. (die Anzeige auf der Karte bei Fewo ist missverständlich) Sehr schönes parkartiges Gelände mit großem Pool den man sich mit den Gastgebern teilt. Solides, etwas rustikales Haus mit großzügigen Zimmern und ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Sehr netter Ort in 3km Entfernung mit großartigem Bäcker.
