Rocamadour nearby, Gramat 4 km from all shops and services, SWIMMING POOL (15m x 7m) open from June 15 to September 5, secured by protective barriers (NF P90-306), portico, common to 2 other gites (ref 46G1735V and 46G11523V, for a total capacity of 20 people on the entire site). Heating wood + electricity. Internet installed. Possibility to visit an agricultural property in the surroundings. Caving on the estate, a barn is available for storing caving equipment. Hikes from the gîte to Rocamadour and the L'Alzou canyon. Star gazing. Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, enclosed grounds. Swimming pool, ping-pong table and games for common children. One animal per cottage (20 euros per week) From October 1 to May 31, heating is extra: wood stove: 15 euros for the wheelbarrow of wood, electric heaters: 0.17 euro/kw (meter reading on arrival) A price per person can be studied outside school holidays.
