Simples porém muito funcional

Simples, porém extremamente funcional. Se for em busca de tranquilidade e um lugar somente para dormir, e não ligar tanto para conforto, é um local excelente. Eu e me esposa gostamos muito, pois saíamos pela manhã e só voltávamos à noite e usamos praticamente somente o local para dormir, e não temos o que reclamar. Não é um hotel, é uma casa mobiliada com tudo que uma casa básica tem que ter. O casal de senhores que tomam conta são super simpáticos e solícitos. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no local.

Limpo e aconchegante.

O condominio é bem afastado do centro de gramado, sendo necessário carro próprio ou locado para o deslocamento, porém é muito limpo e confortável ficando numa região agradável de bela paisagem.
