Property is very dated, not very well maintained, bathroom and room needed renovation. TV didn’t work well. Far from Gramado City Center, no parking garage in the Building.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto da área turística de Gramado, apenas 5 minutos de carro do centro. Café da manhã de qualidade, com muita variedade. Porém, o estacionamento é aberto, em um terreno que fica localizado a 2 imóveis de distância. É seguro, porém sem vigia na entrada do estacionamento.
