There was no hot water for shower at night they say due to many people taking shower the Caldera did not had a performance to hit up a great amount of water to supply the demand. I was in disbelief!!!

Bom custo-benefício

Tivemos uma boa estadia no Hotel Sky. Localização muito boa, cama confortável e chuveiro excelente. Achei os quartos um pouco antigos, algumas sujeirinhas e acústica não muito boa (talvez por ter sido colocados no quarto em frente ao elevador, era possível ouvir tudo,mas a noite não havia barulho pra dormir). Café da manhã é bem variado, com muitas opções.

Acomodação ok. Precisa melhorar a limpeza. Banheiro um pouco encardido. Café da manhã muito ruim. Muitas opções, mas juntando todas não resultava em uma boa opção. Maioria das opções geladas. Doces com muito sabor de manteiga ou leite condensado. Sem falar na bagunça de pessoas se servindo e amontoadas no buffet.
