Deixa muito a desejar

A limpeza do hotel e o café da manhã, deixam muito a desejar. Tive que pedir para repassar a limpeza no primeiro dia porque tive que abri a janela do WC na primeira noite (num frio) porque o odor do box do WC estava insuportável e mesmo assim tive que comprar lenços de Lisoforme para repassar a limpeza. O café da manhã é composto de itens que são servidos por vários dias até estarem murchos (teve um bolo que serviram por 5 dias), a limpeza dos itens do café mostram o desleixo. Os potes de cereais, chocolate e afins são sujos, cheios de crostas de sujeita pela falta de limpeza. O chão do espaço do café parece que não foi varrido por dias. O que você via caído no café da manhã estava lá no dia seguinte. Enfim. Fiquei decepcionada e não voltaria a me hospedar.

Reservei uma cabana para duas diarias, quando fui fazer o check-out o atendente me cobrou taxa de limpeza, sendo que nesses dois dias não foi feito limpeza alguma, já usei varios hoteis e pousadas em gramado e nunca me cobraram taxa de limpeza, atendimento ruim, não recomendo.

Achei a área externa muito linda com verde...poderia ter mais lugares para sentarmos, o café da manhã me surpreendeu, esperava inferior, como sugestão que tenha quartos com a opção de camas de solteiro, como no nosso caso estávamos entre três amigas, poderia ser 3 camas de solteiro. As toalhas e fronhas não achei muito brancas poderia ser melhor.
