Pontos positivos: organização geral da acomodação, quarto limpo e espaçoso. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Pontos negativos: Além da cobrança de estacionamento, que sequer era em área coberta, a experiência foi bastante insatisfatória. A televisão não disponibilizava canais do Rio Grande do Sul, a internet era instável na recepção e não funcionava adequadamente no quarto. Outro ponto negativo foi o atendimento prestado pelos funcionários, que demonstraram pouca experiência e falta de cordialidade. No momento do check-in, a funcionária responsável foi extremamente rude, chegando a falar em tom elevado, o que causou grande desconforto.

A moça da recepção a loira muito simpática e merece ser reconhecida atenciosa com a gente ela foi essencial para não pegarmos a rota do sol para voltar dou nota 1000 para ela gentil teve impatia conosco o hotel em si é aconchegante precisa de alguns reparos mas tudo muito limpinho e o preço que cabe no bolso do turista 5 minutos do centro bem bacana amamos

O aquecedor do quarto não estava funcionando em um dia de muito frio. Entrei em contato com a equipe, mas a única solução oferecida foi disponibilizar outro cobertor, mesmo eu estando acompanhado de uma idosa e duas crianças. Acredito que faltou um pouco mais de empatia e atenção da equipe, que poderia ao menos ter oferecido outro quarto para acomodar melhor a idosa e as crianças. Um detalhe, segundo a equipe do hotel, apenas nossos quarto estava com aquecedor danificado.

ESTADIA TERRÍVEL

Tive uma experiência terrível no Hotel. A água não aquecia todos tivemos que tomar banho frio. Depois, estava um dia abafado e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Tentamos resolver na recepção e o recepcionista simplesmente fugia da situação. Depois, do nada, os aquecedores foram ligados, o que ficou ainda mais quente. Para completar, o estacionamento do hotel ficava ao lado do quarto e um carro ficou por muito tempo com o alarme ligado. No dia seguinte, falamos com a supervisora e fomos informados de que receberíamos o dinheiro de volta porque não conseguimos cancelar a reserva diante dos problemas por não ter ninguém para resolver. NUNCA TIVE O ESTORNO DO VALOR.
