Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Hotel muito bom , agradável , com bom atendimento . Apenas um senão : não escolher quartos da torre G. Vc terá que passar pelo estacionamento para ir ao café da manhã , restaurantes , piscinas e tudo mais ! Não faz muito sentido !
