O apartamento é muito bem mobiliado, limpo e perto para quem estiver de carro. Apesar de estar a 800 m da Rua Coberta e 300m do pavilhão de exposições, a rua é meio deserta.

Hospedagem bem tranquila com vista muito agradável, apartamento novo porém sem blackout em cortinas deixando os cômodos muito claros, o meu quarto não tinha TV como constava no check list , e a locomoção para o centro tem que ser de carro para aqueles que não curtem longas caminhadas, porém hospedagem com um bom custo benefício . Eu voltaria e indico o mesmo para famílias que tenham automóvel
