The approximately 70 m², modernly furnished apartment for up to 6 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house and consists of a bright living/dining area with open kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds and a modern bathroom with shower. The large west-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the view of the mountains from morning to night.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house, and bicycles and skis can be stored in a storage room.
The location in the Obergrainau district offers perfect opportunities for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes at the bottom of the Zugspitze, mountainbike tours past crystal-clear lakes and blooming mountain meadows, as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. A cross-country ski trail is located in the immediate vicinity and the ski areas „Zugspitze" and „Garmisch Classic" entice with varied slopes and unique impressions.
Just a few minutes' walk away in the center of Grainau you will find various shopping facilities, the Zugspitze train station, the swimming and outdoor pool, the Kurhaus, a minigolf course and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment, one of which is located directly on the ground floor of the apartment house.

Lovely modern and clean apartment very near to the church. Balcony off the living room had great views of the Zugspitze. Easy to access the property and entrance area was well maintained. Great parking right in front of the building. Well equipped in terms of cutlery and crockery. We didn’t cook anything so can’t comment on the stove or oven. One very minor niggle was the lack of coathangers in our room there were only three - that may not be an issue if stuff you wear doesn’t crease! There were lots of loo rolls which was good as sometimes there’s only the one that’s in the holder.

De ligging van het appartement is goed, dicht bij restaurants en dichtbij een treinstation. Voor 6 mensen is het wel wat klein en koken op 2 pitten gaat echt niet voor 6 mensen. Dat is wel jammer.

Perfectly located apartment if you like the sound of church bells.

This apartment is in a beautiful location with good views of the mountains from the balconies and very close to several excellent restaurants. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and the twin beds were pretty comfortable. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom in a pleasing layout with most essential modern appliances; a dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven and electric hob. It would, however, have benefited from a few more water glasses and a cutting board. The apartment is just across the road from the church, and we were woken up at 6AM every morning by a peal of the church bells. We actually got used to this towards the end of the week, but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. However, we enjoyed our week-long stay enormously.
