Better than listed. This location was brand new, super clean and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, needed supplies and even a welcome basket of snacks. The porch was wonderful - what a relaxing view!! Ceiling fans everywhere. Husband fished in the pond and caught several bass. They even had fishing equipment but he had brought his own - but a nice thing to have supplied. Enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and listened to the frogs with a glass of wine each night! Definitely will recommend and return!! If you happen to be looking for a place near Rocker B for tournaments this is perfect. So close!!

If you’re going to Rocker B Ranch this location is perfect! It took us 4 minutes to get to the ball fields. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The site is beautiful and the home was well kept. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. One thing before getting to the house make sure to screen shot the directions on how to access the home. There was no signal from the road to the house until we were able to log on to the Wi-Fi which worked great.

Property was better than advertised. My kids and i were impressed by everything. The pond was a highlight and the wild turkeys cruising by a bonus. Off the highway a bit so very quiet and secluded. A short 5 minutes to PK lake. Would highly recommend.

The place was absolutely great for our quick family gathering. Wish we had more time down there, but definetly will visit again. Peaceful, quiet, and lots of wildlife wandering around. Sitting on porch in morning drinking coffee and watching a flock of wild turkeys come down to water at lake. Wish we had more time but everything is as stated and would highly reccomend.

A lot of care was put into making this a very comfortable stay. It was decorated so nicely. It was advertised as “Rustic”, which can be interpreted to mean old and needing care, but it was just the opposite. I would highly recommend this rental. 1st class all the way.

This place is perfect. Literally 4 minutes from Rocker B Ranch! Close to Graford and close to Possum Kingdom! A secluded getaway! You must stay here if you come to Rocker B!! WE WILL BE BACK!

Loved the rental. Perfect location for my son's Rocker B tournament, literally 1 mile from the rental to parking at Rocker B. Excellent communication from Chris. The welcome basket of snacks was super thoughtful. The cabinbwas clean and well appointed. Enjoyed fishing in the pond right outside the front door. Close to the lake, only a 10 minute drive. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Cabin was exactly as described. The host was excellent at communicating and super helpful with location of cabin and surrounding areas. Great for a family or 2 when playing at Rocker B Ranch. Fishing was the favorite part!! Kids loved the bunk beds.

We had a wonderful stay at the Songbird Cabins. We stayed in the Cardinal House which was perfect for the 2 nights my family visited! They were able to fish and see several species of wildlife. Beautiful sunrise from the porch over the pond and so serene and peaceful at night! We were just 5 mins from Rocker B ranch baseball facility which is where my Grandson played ball. It could not have worked out any better We enjoyed 2 nice dinners at Hemmingway’s which was a recommendation by the property manager Let me just say, Chris was very great to work with also and gave us our privacy during our stay! I know if we would have needed him for anything he would have been there. Would visit again!
