Chaos nach Überbuchung. Urlaub abgebrochen!
Als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht ist. Wir bekamen deshalb nicht die gebuchte Suite sondern ein Appartement für eine Nacht und danach ein Zimmer im Hotel Cristina. Am nächsten Tag sind wir um 11 Uhr zum anderen Hotel, dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer erst um 13 Uhr fertig wäre. Als wir um 14 Uhr im "neuen" Hotel ankamen, war der Vater des Besitzers als "Rezeptionist" vor Ort. Dieser sprach Italienisch, ein wenig Deutsch und fast kein Wort Englisch. Nach einem Telefonat mit seinem Sohn, bekamen wir das Zimmer Nr. 1, dieses war ein Zimmer, in dem ein Doppelbett und ein kleiner Tisch mit Klappstuhl war, mehr jedoch nicht. Im Badezimmer war nicht viel mehr Platz vorhanden, hier war eine Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken und ein Bidet auf engstem Raum. Da wir das Aparthotel Miramare für 3 Nächte um € 600 gebucht haben waren wir mit diesem Zimmer nicht einverstanden. Nach Auskunft sollte der Manager des Hotels um 16 Uhr wieder im Hotel sein. Wir haben diese Zeit für einen Spaziergang in der Umgebung genutzt. Zurück im Hotel um 16 Uhr, war der Manager leider immer noch nicht da, als wir nachfragten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, er sei in seinem Restaurant. Als wir im Restaurant ankamen, war er auch hier nicht, dort sagte man uns wieder, er sei im Hotel. Zurück im Hotel haben wir dann den Bruder angetroffen, dieser konnte ihn erreichen und Hr. Maran kam ins Hotel. Nach langem hin und her sind wir nach einer Rückerstattung nach der ersten Nacht abgereist.
