Ein Ausgleich für Unanehmlichkeit wäre angebracht gewesen.

Die Ferienwohnung war nicht sauber und in einem unhygienischen Zustand. Die vereinbarte Nachreining erfolgte nur teilweise und brachte nicht den gewünschten Erfolg. Es gab seitens der Agentur keine kulante Geste. Ein Entgegenkommen bezüglich eines Ausgleiches für diese Unannehmlichkeit wurde verwehrt. Ich kann die Agentur Strandsommer GmbH leider nicht weiter empfehlen.
