Cocoonr is offering this house for rent in Gourdon, featuring mountain views, a swimming pool heated from 1 May to 31 September, and an infrared sauna for even greater comfort. With a floor area of 260 m², it can accommodate up to 14 guests. It comprises a lovely 33 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around one hectare. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 28 m² dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob and an espresso machine that works only with coffee beans
- A 33 m² living area with sofas and a wood-burning stove (first fire provided free of charge)
- A 30 m² gym/relaxation room with a TV, sofa and exercise equipment
- An infrared sauna cabin – HOLL’S model: CANOPÉE 3C (seats 3 to 4)
- Bedroom 1: en suite, with a king-size bed (180x200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC
- Bedroom 2: two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200)
- Laundry area with washing machine and ironing board
- A separate WC

Upstairs
- Bedroom 3: opening onto the garden, en suite, one king-size bed (180x200) and one single bed (90x190) with an adjoining bathroom featuring a spa bath, shower and WC
- Bedroom 4: en suite, one king-size bed (180x200) with an en suite shower room featuring a shower and WC
