Penty of charm, located in a property of 5000 m2 with large private heated pool. 1 large bedroom upstairs: 1 large king size bed. Living room with 1 sofa bed quality for 2 people + 1 comfortable bed for 1 person, new kitchen of 2019 fully equipped, bathroom with shower. Very nice veranda, overlooking the pool and a nice south facing terrace full big screen connected TV + netflix, DVD, Playstation game console, wi fi, barbecue, nothing is missing.
Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Toiletries provided also.
Closed parking with remote control of the gate.
 3 mountain bikes on loan with helmets.

Wonderful stay with lovely informative hosts, who left us to it after we arrived. Unfortunately the weather was not with us , so only used the beautiful pool on the arrival evening.The property is spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The BBQ is charcoal not gas, don't forget to bring some with you.The only downside to the property is the bathroom is downstairs, not good for during the night going down the wooden steep stairs.

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed our holiday great location for visiting this part of Brittany, only 10mins from Benodet which is a lovely seaside town. Would stay here again, which is the best recommendation we can give.

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und das nette Penty(bretonisches Fischerhaus), Slowakei den riesengroßen Garten und den wunderbaren Swimmingpool (immer 27) genossen. Christophe und Rozenn waren uns vorzügliche Gastgeber, stets um unser Wohl besorgt. Die Lage ist vorzüglich, da viele schöne Orte von dort gut erreichbar sind.

Belle piscine ! Beau jardin mais dommage que sur la description de la maison il n est pas indiqué que le local piscine est à l intérieur de la maison, donc un bruit insupportable lorsque la pompe se met en route ! Même avec les portes fermées on entend le bruit dans la chambre.Propriété située au bord d une départementale très passante, bien qu il soit précisé dans l annonce que l endroit est calme.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit spektakulärer Gartenanlage

Ein relativ großer Pool und eine private Boule-Bahn, welch ein Luxus! Christophe und Rozenn waren sehr nett und hatten auch schon im Vorfeld supergute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Küste ist in der Nähe und sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns optimal erholt.

Idyllischer Urlaub auf privatem Anwesen

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Bretagne genießen können. Die Unterkunft war für uns als Familie gut geeignet. Außen gab es einen schönen beheizten Pool und viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die Lage war ideal, um die gesamte Umgebung und vieles der Bretagne zu erkunden. Zum Strand waren es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Wagen. Der Eigentümer Christophe war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr gut über alle interessanten Ziele informiert.

Traumlocation für einen Traumurlaub!

Wir waren dieses Jahr wieder nach 20 Jahren in der Bretagne und erstmalig an der Südküste. Wir haben eine fantastische Woche verbracht, nicht zuletzt weil dieses Ferienhaus keine Wünsche offen lässt: das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig und naturnah, der große Garten wunderschön und der große Pool traumhaft auf 28° beheizt, so dass man selbst an frischen Tagen das Baden genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist schmackhaft und komplett eingerichtet. Besonders genossen haben wir die offene Küche im verglasten Vorbau und die tolle Terrasse. Dazu kommt ein sehr sympathischer Umgang mit dem Vermieter Christophe, der für seine Gäste eine beachtliche Dokumentation über alles wissens- und sehenswertes bereithält und auch noch Deutsche spricht...! Was soll man noch hinzufügen? Einfach buchen und genießen! Die Südküste haben wir von Concarneau bis Pointe du Raz erkundet. Sehenswert sind auch Quimper, Lonocran, Duarnenez... Eine rundum traumhafte Woche bis traumhaften Sonnenwetter! Christophe, wir empfehlen euch weiter!!

Kleines Häuschen mit viel Atmosphäre, tollem Pool und guter Lage

Das Ferienhäuschen (Penty) war genau nach unserem (66 und 67 Jahre alt) Geschmack eingerichtet (Möbel alte Erbstücke, alte Bilder und Fotos an den Wänden etc.), da wir dieses neumodische Einerlei nicht mögen. Der Garten ist schön und sehr groß, der Pool hat mindestens 11 m Länge (ohne die Treppe). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war völlig problemlos (Christophe spricht ausgezeichnet deutsch). Der Zustand und die Ausstattung der Küche waren sehr gut (u.a. 3 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen), es stehen 2 Bademäntel zur Verfügung, TV (kein deutscher Sender) befindet sich im Schlafzimmer (Dachgeschoss, fanden wir sehr gemütlich!), in der Küche gibt es ein Radio mit Buetooth-Funktion. Das Bad ist relativ klein (ca. 1,60 x 150), so auch die Dusche (80 x 80, Einstieg 40 cm) und durch die abgehängte Decke auch nicht sehr hoch. Die Treppe zum Dachgeschoss ist sehr steil und schmal, also insgesamt nicht so gut geeignet für sehr große oder beleibte oder etwas immobile Menschen. Trotzdem insgesamt ein Häuschen mit individueller Atmosphäre und auch im Hinblick auf die Lage empfehlenswert.

Klein maar fijn

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit leuke en goed ingericht klein huisje. Prima voor 2 personen die de zuidkust van Bretagne willen ontdekken. De Penty is van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief fantastisch zwembad in een prachtige tuin met veel privacy. In Sainte-Marine zijn een aantal voortreffelijke restaurantjes met prachtig uitzicht op de kleine haven. We hadden ook nog prachtig zonnig weer; wat wil je nog meer! Dank Christophe voor je gastvrijheid en tips.

Gite agréable et bien situé

Belle propriété, bien entretenue, avec une magnifique piscine. Un bémol toutefois avec l'absence des 3 vélos en prêt qui figuraient dans l'annonce, sur lesquels nous comptions, et une communication dégradée avec le propriétaire après le séjour quand nous avons eu besoin d'une facture correctement libellée.

Eine Woche in der Bretagne

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, allerdings mit gemischten Wetter, in der Bretagne. Die Poolanlage im Garten ist toll, die Wohnungseinrichtung etwas veraltet. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb. Da wir E-Bikes dabei hatten, war das für uns kein Problem.

Séjour agréable , très belle piscine chauffée

Séjour très agréable dans une belle propriété avec une grande piscine chauffée. Idéalement placé pour visiter la région. Propriétaire discret et très disponible. Bon a savoir même si ça n'a pas du tout été gênant pour nous : la tv est dans la chambre qui est accessible par un escalier un peu raide et les toilettes sont au rdc. Il est possible de dormir au rdc pour ceux à qui ça pose problème.
