Better than expected, spacious room, good buffet breakfast, pleasant staff. Walkable (30 minutes) to the hot springs (Onsen) near the Premium outlet shops which is a must do, together with a massage package which was a once in a lifetime experience for me. Unfortunately, did not see Mt. Fuji during my stay as the weather was cloudy. I stayed for 2 nights before heading to Osaka from Gotemba station.

A clean business hotel with friendly staff. Our family stayed one night in two double rooms, which were small but well kept. I found the beds a bit small for two people, though. There’s a small communal bath, and on clear days you can see Mt. Fuji from the hotel parking lot—it was beautiful. We’ll keep this hotel in mind for future visits to Gotemba.

Good experience

The room was a very nice size for Japan. It is easiest to arrive by taxi, but only about 10-15 minutes walk from a couple bus stops. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to good restaurants and shops. It was a nice play to stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the views of Mt. Fuji were majestic from our bedroom. The hotel is clean, quiet, professional and well-equipped for relaxing and seeing the area. Close to things to do. Note: if you arrive at the Gotemba bus station, ask the hotel to make arrangements for a taxi ride. There are no Ubers and no taxis that randomly pass by. We walked with our luggage to the hotel (approx. 15 mins away). Ok for us, but may not be ok for a family). Highly recommend this hotel.
