The room is big enough to open 2 luggage. We booked the room with Fuji view and we were so lucky to see both sunset and sunrise.The view is the most unforgettable part during this trip. Although the staff cannot speak English well, they tried their best to answer my questions. I didn’t go to onsen but I could still enjoy the bathtub in my room. The room rate is not high and I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit gotemba again.

基本的には富士山も見れて気持ち良く過ごせました！ ただ私はなるべく乾燥させたくないので暖房をつけず、寒すぎてほぼ眠れなかったです。 家ではぽかぽかの格好にしてるので、足首など出て布団一枚だと自分の体温が全く上がらずでした。 最終的に夫を起こして、同じ布団に入ってもらい、夫の布団もかけて２枚にして3時間弱位寝ました笑 他は朝食もたっぷり頂き、快適に過ごせました！ ありがとうございます！

サウナは予想通り混んでいました。 外気浴の椅子が屋外には２つだけだったのでタイミングを図るのが大変でした。 近くにコンビニはあるもののレストランなどは無いのでホテル内で食事をしました。が、時間を持て余しているスタッフさんがシステム通りのセルフサービスに拘っていた為、ホスピタリティなどは全く感じられませんでした。

高速道路のICのすぐ前にあるにも関わらず、車の音も全くせず室内は静かです。 フロントのある１階に全ての共用設備があるため、通路が狭い事もあり、宿泊客が集中すると混雑することも。 車で移動する人には良いですが、電車・バスの人には不向きかと。回りには何もないです。有るのは目の前の富士山！

利便性が抜群です。駒形IC、コンビニが目の前、ドラッグストアも徒歩圏内。朝食も和洋揃えられていて、満足です。別料金ですが夜ご飯もホテル内でコスパが良く美味しい料理を食べられます。コンパクトで申し分のない宿泊ができました。 ただ、レストランのスタッフの人数をギリギリで回しているようで、外国の方への対応や団体利用があると、他の宿泊者への対応が薄くなります。レストランスタッフの方々はテキパキ動いていますし、対応がとても丁寧なので、むしろスタッフの方が気の毒に感じます。単に人手が足りないのかと。食券の英語表記を増やしたり、外国の方への対応はフロントスタッフがしたらいいのになと思いました。
