Our completely renovated apartment "Hahnenklee Perle" is on the 5th Floor in house 5 of the Hahnenklee holiday park and offers you cozy and modern holiday accommodation for your time out in the mountains. Whether for two or four, the 38.5 m² are a real space miracle. Both the separate bedroom and the sleeping alcove are very comfortably and tastefully furnished. The kitchenette is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for self-caterers. A free, free hotspot is available in our apartment

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Sie ist nicht so groß, aber sehr sauber. Wir haben bis jetzt selten eine so saubere Ferienwohnung gehabt. Es gibt einen extra Parkplatz für die Wohnung, direkt vor der Haustür. Auch gibt es Gepäckwagen und einen Aufzug. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei, wo man leckere Brötchen und Kuchen kaufen kann. Diese hat jeden Tag geöffnet. Auch die Preise haben uns überrascht. Für eine kleine Bäckerei waren diese wirklich günstig. Schade, das es so einen Bäcker nicht bei uns gibt. Bis ins Zentrum ist man schnell gelaufen.Falls wir nochmal dort Urlaub machen, kommen wir gern wieder.

Plattenbauwohnung mit Mängeln

Der Hochhausblock ist schon mächtig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung war vor einiger Zeit renoviert worden. Leider waren die Türgriffe in der Küche (fast) alle abgebrochen (wohl zu billig gekauft) und man konnte den Kühlschrank nur mit Mühe öffnen.. Zu dem funktionierte nur 1 Heizung. Die im Elternschlafzimmer und im Wohnzi sprangen nicht an. Nur eine kleine im Badezimmer. Nachts gingen die Temperaturen unter 0... War also nicht sehr erfreulich und wir wohnen auch nicht gerne im Plattenbau. Das war mir beim buchen nicht so richtig bewusst. Aber für ein paar Tage ging es.

Im großen ganzen haben wir schon ein schönes Wochenende gehabt. Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter aber trotzdem konnten wir die Ortschaft erkunden. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich und hat alles nötige was man braucht.

Eine Perle in Hahnenklee

Die Wohnung Hahnenklee Perle in Hahnenklee ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten sehr spontan gebucht und mit der Abwicklung hat alles perfekt geklappt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten bequem dazugebucht werden. Unsere Vermieterin Frau Ehlers hat alles sehr gut vorbereitet und stand als Ansprechpartnerin stets zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön durchdacht, insbesondere auch, was den Stauraum angeht. Die Anlage ist von außen optisch aus den 70er Jahren (wovon man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen sollte, da die Wohnung so schön ist) und liegt perfekt für (Schnee-)Wanderungen in einem ruhigen Teil von Hahnenklee auf einer Anhöhe. Im Winter (wie auch im Sommer) eignet sie sich perfekt für einen Kurztrip, denn man ist sofort im Schnee-/Wandergebiet. Der Lift zum Bocksberg ist mit dem Auto ca. 5 Min entfernt. Ein Bäcker mit leckeren Brötchen ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Min erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gehört zur Wohnung. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 20-30 Min in Goslar, wo es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Hahnenklee bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um den Harz zu erkunden. Insbesondere im Winter ist hier durch die hohe Lage oft mit Schnee zu rechnen. Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende hier verbracht und hatten das Glück, dass es geschneit hat. In tieferen Lagen ist dies meistens nicht der Fall. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und bedanken uns für eine schöne Zeit.

schöne Tage trotz mässigem Wetter

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Ein frisch renoviertes Badezimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Dazu kam noch ein sehr schöner Blick in den Wald und auf die Berge. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Schicke kleine Ferienwohnung

Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Als Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge perfekt gelegen. Was eventuell schön wäre ist ein Bettgitter für kleinere Kinder da die Betten doch recht hoch sind. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Urlaub.

Der erste Harz-Urlaub

Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern, nur die Betten waren zu kurz und eng. Das Freibad im Ferienpark gibt es leider nicht mehr 🙄

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Fewo ist hübsch, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zwei kleine Schlafzimmer, davon eines ohne Fenster. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Für einen Aufenthalt im Oberharz bestens geeignet. Der Ort Hahnenklee ist schön gelegen und bietet im Sommer und im Winter Gelegenheit für Sport und Freizeit, vor allem am Bocksberg mit Skiabfahrt, Sommerrodelbahn und Mountainbiking. Im Ortskern sind leider einige Cafés, Geschäfte und das Kurmittelhaus mit Hallenbad geschlossen.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Bei der Hahnenklee-Perle handelt es sich um eine modern eingerichtete und zweckmäßig geschnittene Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt im 5. Stock (es gibt einen Fahrstuhl) in einem großen, in den 1970er Jahren errichteten Ferienpark (7 Betonblocks, die natürlich optisch nicht so ansprechend sind). Der Weg in den Ort (Fußgängerzone) dauert ca. 15 Minuten und geht berg runter (später muss dann natürlich wieder berg auf :-( Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ist die Größe der FeWo vollkommen ausreichend. Es gibt zusätzlich einen separaten Raum, um Schlitten / Ski abzustellen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer freundlich und unproblematisch. Weiter zu empfehlen!
