Hotel Mirhav
"Lovely hotel with authentic furnishings. Clean spaciois rooms with ensuites . Location quite central although 15 min walk into town centre . Good plentiful breakfast and we had dinner which was tasty although the ( desert) menu was restricted probablly due to few guests . Staff were superb especially front desk and restaurant. I can't give 5 stars as we were charged £30 for a baclava workshop which should have entailed us participating ( according to my ema) ...it was basically the cook cooking. Thats fine but £30 to watch and have 2 pieces of baclava ! Additionally blankets on sale from Goris hand made a womens project were twice the price than if you purchased them from the workshop itself a 5 to 10 min drive away . I don't mind a mark up but 100% ? I paid £60 per blanket by the women who made them the hotel £120 ! If you have no transport get a taxi there . Would still recommend however in terms of an hotel .
