Huge lighted pickleball & basketball court with large outdoor living deck with two fire pits, big screen TV's , Sonos outdoor speakers, 8 person hot tub, six ceiling fans, infrared heaters, outdoor kitchen with flattop grill & gravity fed charcoal grill and ice machine. Two sets of washers & dryers. Seating for over 20 people on the deck alone. Private boat dock and ramp. Custom outdoor fire pit.
