In a sunny, quiet location, detached 3 ½ room family house ideal for a family up to 4/5 people.
Large terraces with a fantastic view on the southern slope of Locarno (7 minutes by train, 10 minutes by car and Lago Maggiore beach can be reached in 3-4 minutes by car) and Ascona (15 minutes by car) in the municipality of Gordola (Verzasca Valley area) with private swimming pool (not in operation in winter), covered seating, private Finnish sauna , whirlpool (the costs are calculated separately), sun beds and parasol and sun islands and Weber kettle grill for your most beautiful evening grill. Most of the rooms enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, the Magadino plain and the mountains.
Modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, new fully automatic coffee machine for espresso and cappuccino, hand mixer, hand blender, electric lemon squeezer, toaster, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, phone, washing machine, etc. S. W.
