Syd’s Place - A 70s retro beach house, Free WIFI

Syd’s place is a relaxed, 1970’s beach house within easy walking distance of Goolwa Beach and the river. Enjoy a coffee of Kuti Shack or an afternoon glass of wine at the surf club. If the river is more your thing, thee are a multitude of options to enjoy along the wharf and riverbank as well as wineries within 15 mins driving.

The house offers a spacious kitchen and living area plus two bedrooms, one with Queen bed and the other with double bed. An additional folding bed is available upon request.
The balcony area also provides some ocean views and to the River Murray.
Enjoy a lovely established garden and deck area with outdoor seating and parking.
Please note that one well behaved dog may be welcome with you on your holiday but permission must be granted first. A $75 pet fee will apply.
Please note that the upstairs only is available.
Strictly no smoking and no parties.
Sorry no schoolies.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
