An attractive family-friendly home nestled on a 1050m2 block, backing onto a nature reserve and offering privacy, with delightful views from the rear verandah. Enjoy the beautiful native gardens which attract lots of birds including Blue Wrens, Silver-eyes and Wattle Birds. The beach is a short 10 minute walk away, or you can drive on the beach if you have a 4x4!

Quiet peaceful and comfortable

10 minutes walk from the beach means you don't have cars and pedestrians passing constantly, contributing to a very peaceful and private experience. Rear deck overlooks bush garden and further bush beyond...beautiful. All mod cons.
