This near new beach home makes the perfect family getaway. Just a 2 min walk through the sand dunes to the surf beach or a 10 minute walk to the river. Enjoy all there is to discover about Goolwa and the surrounding areas of Currency Creek, Hindmarsh Island, Middleton and Port Elliot. Visit the many wineries, art studios, cafes and homewares stores. There`s also a bike track that connects Goolwa with Middleton and beyond.

This home has all that you need from free wifi, to the coffee machine (Aldi), Netflix, bed linen and towels, shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash. Outside there is a fire pit and a bbq and if you bring your bikes, the bike track is directly below the house.
Please note that the bunk room will be locked and not available unless there are more than 5 guests booked to stay or you can pay an extra $60 for the use of that room.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all beds. Kitchen tea towels are also supplied but please bring your own beach towels if required.
* Please note this property is very strictly Non-smoking (do not book this house if you or anyone with you are smokers or vapers.)
One smaller non shedding dog is allowed with permission on holiday with you. Larger dogs possibly allowed too as the yard is well fenced but please ask first.
A pet fee of $75 is payable separately before your stay.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

The fire pit is available for use. You’ll find some kindling in the shed but please bring your own fire wood.

All spaces are accessible to the guests. The bunk room downstairs is available only if more than 5 guests are staying. There are otherwise still three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus third toilet available.

You will have the property to yourselves but we are very nearby if you need us.

Please do not book this house if you or anyone else in your group is a smoker as we do not want to be picking up cigarette butts from the deck areas or the gardens.

Photo ID is required to be shown before your stay for security purposes, so we know you are who you say you are.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
