Dear Rod dubitsky sorry for the late response First of all thank you for your stay at our hotel . We are very sorry that you experience this during your visit.We had good experience with our guests in lost and found.We have very loyal staff .we never had such experience with any guest in the past. As you know you lost your hotel key and we went together to police station and they are still investigating what happened with similar cases (a lot of lost reports because of the busy holiday). We are very sorry to have you such kind of experience in our hotel,city,as well as in Ethiopia .and for your surprise because of what happened /customer is a king/we installed security camera in our hotel .If there is new development we will let you know immediately.
