"We really enjoyed our stay at the excelsior palace. Beautiful hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful and always on hand.
We arrived and were showed to our rooms with a gift waiting for us on arrival. Breakfast was great aswell.
I wouldn’t say the rooms were soundproof. We could hear our neighbour on the phone and the people above but thankfully I already were ear plugs at night.
The only thing I would suggest changing would be the paper cups in the room with the kettle. For a 5 star hotel I would really expect ceramic mugs.
we would definitely reccomend staying here and would stay again. "
