The elegant residential complex “Villaggio Perlacea” is a new construction, completed in 2010 and only 150 meters from the beautiful “Quinta Spiaggia” beach in Golfo Aranci.
The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the sea in front of the «Quinta Spiaggia» and 50 meters from the supermarket and bar. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
The complex is just 18 km from Olbia (port and airport), 10 km from Porto Rotondo and 18 km from the Costa Smeralda.
This new and elegant apartment is located 100 meters from the beach of Golfo Aranci inside a new tourist complex, which was built in 2010, called Villaggio Perlacea. The apartment has 150 square meters, was furnished in 2017. It consists of 4 bedrooms (1 double and one with twin beds, one double with also a single bed, one double with king bed), 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped with dishwasher, terrace and garden (with table and comfortable chairs and a barbecue), with a fabulous view over the bay, and a private covered parking. The apartment can accommodate up to 9 people.
