Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa struttura. I proprietari sono persone meravigliose. Condizionatore nuovissimo e silenzioso. Cenare ammirando il Golfo e le isole sono esperienze senza prezzo. Spiagge vicinissime. L'ambiente interno è più ampio e confortevole di quanto appaia in foto. Unisce semplicità e richiami alla tradizione sarda. Raccomando

Sur Le fond cette location est bien placée Cependant pas de climatisation comme annoncée et pas d’équipement à la hauteur f’du lieu (pas de petite cuillère wifi aléatoire……. Le concierge très sympa mais nous n’avons pas apprécié l’arrivée du paysagiste à 8h30 pendant le petit déjeuner pour tondre réveil pas sympa impolitesse de ce monsieur et agressivité ressentie) nous mettant dehors à 8h30. Dommage

Schöne Unterkunft mit Meernähe

ein wenig italienischkenntnisse können von vorteil sein, die Frau spricht kein englisch aber sie hat einen Sohn, der uns auch die Komunikation über Whatsapp angeboten hat und verständliches englisch spricht. Das Bad war gerade frisch und schön renoviert. In der Anzeige steht "Handtücher werden bereitgestellt" allerdings haben wir bei Ankunft erfahren, dass wir dafür nochmal 50EUR bezahlen müssen. Die ankündigung dieser 50EUr wurde leider seitens des Vermieters versäumt, weswegen es ein Minuspunkt gibt da es eben auch missveständlich in der Anzeige stand. ergänzend zur Küchenausstattung: Espressokanne und Gefrierfach sind enthalten, Standardgewürze wie Salz und pfeffer auch. Alles andere wie Öl, Zucker, etc. muss vorort gekauft werden. Leider gibt es kein WLAN und als wir dort waren auch keinen TV. handyempfang hatte man nur im Schlafzimmer schlecht, ansonsten ging es. Da die wohnung eine Kellerwohnung ist, ist sie wenigstens schön kühl. Abends kühlt es auch ab und es gibt zur Not einen Ventilator, den wir aber nicht gebraucht haben. Der Aussenbereich mit riesigem, eingezäunten Garten war super, wir konnten unseren kleinen Sohn springen lassen. es gab leider nur eine Liege, was uns nicht gestört hat. Die Bäume spenden Mittags auch schön schatten und vom Meer weht eine leichte Briese. Der Strandzugang direkt vor der Unterkunft kann leider nur über einen schwer sichtbaren Trampelpfad erreicht werden, wir haben aber noch einen schnellen Weg zum Spiaggia Bianca gefunden: vom Parkplatz die Straße hoch, links, am Haus Pedro rosa geradeaus vorbei und die treppen runter. wenn man dann gleich links vom großen strand 5min weiter läuft, kommt man an kleinere, leere buchten, auch mit feinem Sand. Man muss beachten, dass um 22:00 die rasensprenkleranlage angeht, also wäsche in Sicherheit bringen und Abends lang draußen sitzen ist leider nicht ganz so kompfortabel. wir haben das beim Vermieter gefragt, es gibt wohl keine andere Möglichkeit das zu einer anderen Uhrzeit machen zu können. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genießen können und würden beim nächsten Mal wieder dort hin. Es empfiehlt sich auf jedenfall vor der Buchung kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufzunehmen um zb. so Sachen wie die 50EUR zu erfahren oder eventuell einen möglichen Rabatt zu erhalten

Gerne wieder!

Ansprechende Souterrainwohnung, in schönem Ambiente. Frau Bullitta war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist von Vorteil, zumindest, etwas Italienisch zu können. Schöne Terasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum gut besuchten, hübschen Strand. Es empfiehlt sich zu Beginn der Ferien einen Sonnenschirm zu kaufen, da die meisten Strände ohne Schatten sind. Die Räume waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile ausreichend bestückt, außer einer Bialletti Kaffemaschine, die wir zukaufen mussten. Im Bad hatten wir zu Beginn abends Besuch von 2-3 Nacktschnecken, die aber auch wieder von selbst verschwanden. Ein Fön und sogar eine Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen extra gebucht und bezahlt werden! Handtücher für den Strand waren nicht dabei, so dass diese auch zugekauft werden mussten. Wir haben sie dort gelassen, für die nächsten Gäste – fragen Sie nach! Die Arbeitsutensilien für die Küche (Messer, Schäler könnten ein Update vertragen). Leider wurde das abendliche Sitzen im Garten durch die Mücken unmöglich gemacht. Morgens haben einen die Wespen zum „Fressen“ gern. Wenn man die Ruhe bewahrt und Ihnen einen kleinen Obolus, in Form eines leckeren, sardischen Wurststückchens anbietet, dann lassen sie einen auch in Ruhe. Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Ausflüge in die Umgebung, solange man motorisiert ist. Super Preis / Leistung. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in appartamento del residence"spiaggiabianca".che dire:bel posto.

Una settimana di vacanza trascorsa in una zona bella all'insegna del relax.appartamento spazioso e comodo x la spiaggia.unico neo il vento maestrale che insiste un po'fastidioso sul mare rendendo freddina l'acqua.qualche zanzare la sera e il segnale tv un po' ballerino.naturalmente i pregi della località non mancano:insenature favolose ,mare pulitissimo e spiagge per tutti i gusti.occorre l'auto altrimenti non si può vedere molto di ciò merita essere visitato nei dintorni.ideale per una vacanza romantica e rilassante.

Vacanza indimenticabile in un paradiso!

Con mia moglie abbiamo appena lasciato questo luogo incantevole... La gentilissima proprietaria, visto il clima ancora fresco, ci ha proposto di soggiornare nell'appartamento al piano superiore. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la sua premura e la sua attenzione!! Siamo rimasti semplicemente senza parole appena visto lo spettacolo che offriva il panorama dall'ampio terrazzo dove abbiamo trascorso splendide serate. L'appartamento al piano superiore è molto grande e confortevole, non manca davvero nulla. La casa è inserita in un luogo verde, tranquillo e rilassante e soprattutto a due passi da una splendida spiaggia bianca. Quando torneremo in Sardegna, questo luogo sarà senz'altro in cima alla nostra lista!

We liked it very very much! We stayed at the place at mid October (out of season) and the owner give us the opportunity to take the flat in the upper level with perfect sea view and a big kitchen at the same conditions. So this was very kind and just perfect for us, because the place was very beautiful and still warm enough in Oktober! 5 stars! One suggestion: When you arrive just ask the owner where to meet, because the area has some houses. We meet at the gate at the entrance. Thanks to Ilja and bullita

perfect location with a breathtaking seaview

Very authentic appartment in a perfect location just 100 meter from fasinating beach. We have started every morning with swimming. Appartment was in athentic style, very clean and well-equipped. As highlights two terrraces should be mentioned. The both were with a breathtaking seaview. One of them was in shadow. During our meals we we able to enjoy having a look to Golfo di Aranci. Hostess Bulitta and her son were very hospitable, supportive and friendly. Thank you very much for unforgettable holiday!

Super séjour de 7 jours juillet 2017

Nous avons passé une semaine début juillet 2017 en amoureux.. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence face à la mer dans un paysage magnifique. La vue est incroyable! Les propriétaires habitent à côté ; le logement est situé sous la terrasse de l'appartement des propriétaires ce qui lui donne un certain charme et le préserve de la chaleur. Aucun problème de bruit ou de désagrément quelconque . Au contraire, un calme très appréciable. De plus les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et sympathiques ; nous avons passé de très bon moments avec eux et les remercions pour leur gentillesse. L''appartement est confortable et agréable. Sa localisation permet de facilement visiter la côte Eméraude qui vaut vraiment le coup pour ses plages et la beauté des eaux turquoises. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et enthousiasme.
