Base for a great holiday

The property is on an estate of holiday homes and as it was September, it was a little quiet. The property was just as we expected it and although the jacuzzi was not working Mr Bisol kindly let us use the pool of his neighbouring property. The general location meant a 4-5 km drive in either direction for food shopping or anything other than the restaurant on the estate, which was a 5 minute walk away. Views from the villa were impressive and Sardinia met our expectations again.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage, aber keine 3 Schlafzimmer

Das Haus liegt in schöner Lage bei Golfo Aranci vor der Insel Tavolara. Grüne Umgebung mit mehreren Villen. Freundlicher Empfang durch Roberto, das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Leider wurde uns jedoch durch die Anzeige etwas anderes suggeriert. Beworben wurde ein 4-Zimmer Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick ( stimmt wenn die Hecke geschnitten ist) Die Beschreibung ( 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer) war nicht korrekt, da sich das 3. Schlafzimmer sowie das 2. Bad in einem Anlieger- Souterrain Bereich mit separatem Eingang befinden ohne direktem Zugang zum Haupthaus. So mussten wir leider das Schlafsofa im Wohn/Küchenbereich nutzen, da wir keines unsere 3 Teens in den Kellerraum abschieben wollten. Das 2. Bad haben wir auch nur tagsüber benutzt. Bettwäsche ist zwar inklusive, ein Wäschewechsel nur gegen Gebühr möglich. WLAN gibt es nicht im Haus, ist aber auch in der Annonce nicht bei den Ausstattungsmerkmaleb ausgewiesen. Für Familien / Freunde die nur 2 Schlafzimmer benötigen sicherlich ein schöner Ort um seine Ferien zu verbringen , für uns war es leider nicht so ideal.

Prima vacanza in Sardegna

Il Signor Roberto ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo mostrandoci la struttura che era molto curata e allestita con l'essenziale. Vista l'alta temperatura estiva, i condizionatori sono stati molto utili, efficienti e sopratutto silenziosi.

Relax in famiglia

Bellissima struttura all'interno di un residence molto curato. Cucina attrezzata, patio esterno con griglia e lavandino. Vasca idromassaggio sul retro ben funzionante e doccia esterna I bagni sono ben 2 di cui uno al piano di sotto. Referente della struttura gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo consiglio!!!

Bon séjour mais photos pas toutes fidèles

Nous pensions avoir une vue sur la mer en regardant les photos et ce n’est pas le cas ..La location est correcte mais les équipements sont très peu confortables , chaises et fauteuils en particulier . Pb aussi avec la robinetterie et les évacuations d’eau et gestion des déchets bien trop compliquée et à la limite de l’absurde

Lovely place to stay

The communication and service was excellent. Roberto was our contact person onsite and he was always reachable, helpful and friendly. Thank you Roberto! The house itself is a nice place to stay. Unfortunaltely it was a little bit dirty. Despite that everything worked very well and we had an amazing time in that beautiful house! Thank you for this lovely vacations!

Nice accomodation in a well-maintained holiday village

The accomodation has a favorable location as various spots for day trips and lots of beautiful bays are close by. We were welcomed and showed around very friendly by Roberto. The house was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed eating outside on the large terrasse. Well-priced shopping facilities are also close by (Euro Spin). We would recommend anyone to visit Sardinia during the low season as the weather is still good but beaches and roads are quite empty.

MAGNIFIQUE !!!

Super maison dans une très belle résidence (gardée) avec vue sur mer et l'île de Tavolara. La maison est située entre Olbia et Golfo Aranci. Pratique pour faire les courses. Les plages sont à 5 minutes dont Spaggia Pittulungu. Prévoir de visiter Porto Rotondo et surtout Porto Cervo si on veux en prendre plein les yeux. St. Tropez ne lui arrive pas à la cheville !!! Les Sardes sont très accueillants et la communication passe très bien. La plage de la Cinta est à voir pour ses kilomètres de plage mais il faut prévoir d'y aller de bonne heure. Et pour s'émerveiller avec une petite ambiance paradisiaque, il faut visiter l'île de Tavolara avec des navettes qui partent de Porto San Paolo. Une fois sur l'île, prendre les sentiers balisés qui se trouvent à droite de la grande plage. Le mieux est de louer un bateau pour plonger dans les eaux turquoises. Attention, le site marin est protégé. Pour info : Au sujet des commodités de la maison. Il manque un Micro- onde et de quoi faire un peu l'entretien comme, un aspirateur, une pièce à frotter et un seau, un balai et une pelle. Nous étions un peu perdu pour le tri des poubelles (différent pour nous en France) mais le gardien en poste avec son camion (là aussi il y a un garde pour les ordures ménagères) nous a bien aidé. Pour conclure, des vacances super agréables mais trop courtes sur cette île magnifique qu'est la SARDAIGNE !!! Grazie mille à Roberto pour son accueil.

Très belle location au calme

La location se situe dans une résidence fermée et surveillée très calme à qq minutes de voiture de Golfo aranci et des plages. Correspond bien au descriptif, une des 3 chambres est en sous sol mais agréable avec sa salle de bain indépendante. L accès à cette chambre se fait par une entrée indépendante donc attention si vous prévoyez un séjour avec des jeunes enfants. Très bon accueil par Roberto qui prend le temps de tout vous montrer et tout vous expliquer et est disponible en cas de souci . L’environnement est très joli et très reposant. Nous conseillons cette location.

Wunderschönen Urlaub

Das Haus ist fantastisch von der Lage und Aussicht und hat gute Zimmeraufteilung. Modern und Schick eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und zu Hause. Wurden vom Varwalter gut und freundlich willkommen geheissen und war stets erreichbar per Handy für Fragen oder.... leider funktioniert die Steuerung im Whirlpool Pool nicht, wir hatten zuerst kalte Tage und somit war es kalt im Wasser und ungemütlich.bei warmer Stetiger Aussentemperaturen sollte es kein Problem sein. Vielen herzlichen Dank Grazie

Vacanza eccezionale

Immobile molto bello dotato di tutti i servizi molto curato nei particolari immerso nell'esclusivo centro residenziale Ville del Golfo. Trovato pulitissimo sia esternamente che internamente. In giardino è posizionata una fantastica vasca idromassaggio nascosta da sguardi indiscreti. Gode di un ottimo panorama con sullo sfondo l'Isola di Tavolara e Golfo Aranci. Posizione strategica in quanto con pochissimi minuti di strada sei in spiaggia ed al centro di Olbia e Golfo Aranci. Insomma il mio giudizio è assolutamente eccellente!!! Pier

Prima huis maar niet erg comfortabel

Huis ligt op een soort vakantieparkje waar verder geen voorzieningen zijn. Huis heeft geen airco en ook niet echt comfortabel meubilair binnen en buiten. Wel een afwasmachine. De omgeving heeft een aantal mooie stranden. Al met al een prima vakantie!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La résidence est très jolie et bien entretenue et la vue est magnifique. La maison est spacieuse et bien aménagée et de tout confort. Le propriétaire est très à l' écoute et répond assez rapidement à vos messages. Un grand merci.

Superbes vacances la maison correspond à la description elle est situé dans le lotissement sécurisé avec une vue sur le golf Aranci. Une chambre en bas avec salle de bain et toilettes permet d’avoir une indépendance suplementaire .... Déjeuner le matin avec vue sur le golfe....!!! Des plages magnifiques sont à 10 mm ( plage de Pittulongo) ...plage Blanche....bref de super vacances ..très bon contact avec la propriétaire....
