It has a new roof, new vinyl siding, and new lvp flooring, This house has 3 BRs/2 Full Baths, Laundry Room, and an Extra Room for exercising, office, or whatever you like. Kitchen comes w/microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, toaster, frig, stove, dishes, and utensils. Ceiling fans in every room in the house. Fenced-in back yard and deck/patio. All utilities are included: electric, water, cable, internet & Wifi. Bathrooms have towels, wash cloths, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo for your convenience. Eastern Wayne Schools just down the road and minutes for SJAFB & the UNC Health Wayne Hospital. All essential conveniences such as gas, shopping centers, the mall, restaurants, entertainment just moments away.
