The outside of the property looked run down and sketchy. Thought we were in the wrong place. The inside has been remodeled and was better. Laundry is in another building. The owner seems nice and explained that they are working on the property.

Great unit, comfy bed and a sofa bed in living room. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. And very well equipped kitchen with a full size oven. Easy parking and clear instructions to access the property.

I hate to give a negative review since I think the guys who run this place are trying. The property is characterized as “downtown”; it’s not. It’s a peculiar 2 wings of 1-story bldgs that have been remodeled, Deeper into the site it gets seedy, but doesn’t feel unsafe. You are close to the highway and trains, which kept us awake the first night. The kitchen is featured in their photo for good reason - it’s the high point and well equipped. But there is no closet and no room for luggage either. The queen bed barely fits in the bedroom and the bathroom is small. Water pressure okay and nice cushions on the 2 outdoor chairs, although faded. Good price.

Interesting

The location of the property was strange, its proximity to some really great places to eat and hangout but it had a, as my friend put it “trailer park feels” to it. But, besides that the place wasn’t bad at all. Freshly renovated, and mostly clean (need some more cleaning underneath the couch and inside the bathroom). Just to forewarn other renters… the place is a lot smaller that pictured.

The inside is decent and nice as described

Inside was well appointed for a small space. Everything needed was available and the check in was super easy. Location appeared to be a little questionable. Noisy neighbours. Gladly the apartment is on the end so only had to do deal with one set of neighbours. It is a close walk to most things but it does not have a welcoming feeling.

Great location and space

The location is great — easy to walk to restaurants and cafes in Golden. A short drive to the base of the mountain. The condo is newly renovated, very clean, and has everything you need. Taj is so quick to respond to questions and always helpful — definitely a star host. Would happily stay here again with one or two people.
