Love this beach townhome right on the beach. We spent hours walking up and down this quiet beach, rock hunting and appreciating all the drift wood. If you need some relax time, this is the place to get it. The jacuzzi on the back deck was wonderful with the beautiful beach sunset view.We ate at Sunset Family Pizza and was quite surprised this homemade pizza was so delicious. Light airy crust. We also went o we the bridge and had a delicious dinner at The Landing North. Best dinner in Gold Beach with nice atmosphere and great service.We would definitely stay here again. Quick response when we couldn’t figure out the front door lock. The only issue was the front porch light was burned out and no one was available to change it. My mom doesn’t see well at night and it is very dark outside the home. So we just made sure we were home by sunset.

beachfront rental absolutely fantastic in every way!! Two bedrooms were uptstairs, both with views of the ocean. and each with ensuite bathroom. Kept screen doors closed but opened storm doors to hear the ocean all night. Path to the beach right on the property. We did not want to check out!!Thank you so much!!

The view and physical location was wonderful! 5 stars all the way in that regard. However we could not open the lockbox, and when we called vacasa, no one responded...ever. in addition, the hot tub wasnt working and we called 6 times over the next 5 days and the response was always that they would pass it on to the local service team. Plus, the couch was very uncomfortable.

Great location but the property is run down and dirty. All things that could be fixed with basic maintenance and a good cleaning. Fire place didn’t work. Ceiling fans didn’t work. Pull out bedding was peed and put away so I had to strip and wash it. Garbage bags pilled in the garage that we ended up having to take out ourselves. All the towels were wet in the dryer so we had to rewash and dry them. Screen doors were all broken and I had to spend about an hour cleaning to make it comfortable for my family to walk barefoot.

Perfect BEACH house

Right on a beautiful beach. View from patio and upper deck was wonderful. Very close to restaurants, grocery store, Rogue River jet boat tour. House was comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable

From the moment we walked in and saw the ocean from our front door we said, " This is what we wanted at the coast.". We wanted to see and hear the waves, and we wanted to be able to walk from our guest house to the beach. We had both! The home was clean, well furnished, and provided us with everything we needed new, although an extra large knife would have been handy. We did miss having a" house book" but we did use the internet to find what we needed. We will definitely consider this home for a future stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

I noticed this was a new listing so there were a few hiccups that can be fixed. The ocean view and access to the beach were perfect. Very quiet and it felt like we had the whole beach.
