El pulpo magnifico team.
Upstairs washer had spoiled stinky water left in it. Ice maker wouldn't shut down...kept making ice all over the place. Hot water heater was broken...kept shutting off and wouldnt heat for our showers.Downstairs...front door slams hard. Needs a dampener. Bed posts at foot of bed, we kept banging into them each time to the bathroom. Light didnt work in the laundry room. Location was good. Nice and quite.
