Stroll down the boardwalk and explore one of Oregon's most amazing beaches or sit back on the patio and enjoy the epic ocean views, hot tub and fireplace. This cozy home sleeps 6 with with 2 king size beds, a queen sleeper sofa, has 2 full baths, dining area over looking the ocean and fireplace. The Beach House at Spirit Cove will be a place of lasting Oregon Coast memories for you and your friends and family.

The Space
Spirit Cove is set up to be that cozy beach cottage you have always dreamed about. Single level home with beautiful beach views form almost every room.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen and dining area share a space with large ocean view from bay window. The kitchen is fully stocked with many new appliances. Dining table seats 6.

Living Room
Two seating areas in the living room with fantastic ocean views. Walk right out to the patio and hot tub from large glass sliding doors.
-TV viewing from large comfortable couch that turns into a queen sleeper sofa.
-Smart TV with cable, DVD player and selection of DVD's.
-TV stand with electric fireplace.
-Second seating area is great for board games and puzzles with the family by the fireplace. Two lounge chairs, large coffee table, and love seat.

King size bed with ocean view. Glass sliding door leads right out to the patio and hot tub. Smart TV with cable, wo bedside tables with lamps, closet and a set of drawers,
Work desk off to the side of master bedroom with small desk, chair and lamp.

Neighborhood
Located about 8 miles north of Gold Beach in the Nesika Beach Area. Neighborhood is one of three beach houses built around the same time in the 1950's. Neighbors are longtime residents, accommodating of respectful guests and do let their dogs run around freely.

Beach Access
Beautiful wood boardwalk runs right next to house and leads you to one of Oregon's most amazing beaches. The boardwalk is private access shared with the two neighbors.

Parking
Plenty of parking for three vehicles. Guests must park along wooden fence. Any trailers or tow behinds must get prior approval.

Dog Friendly
Pet Rules: Dogs must have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules.
1. Your dogs must not be aggressive in any way. There are neighbor dogs that roam freely in the neighborhood.
2. Additional pet fee of $125 per stay.
3. Pets may not be left alone at house.
4. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture.
5. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out.
6. Pets must be secured at all times.
7. Neighbors do let their dogs roam around freely in the neighborhood and have been known to come onto property. We ask our guests to make allowances for their visits.

This is a great beach getaway! Lot's of kitchen 'equipment' and the place is just really comfortable. Loved being able to walk down to the beach. Neighbors are really nice as well.

Our family loved our stay at Spirit Cove! The private beach access was unbeatable. It was wonderful to use the hot tub after a long day of fishing. You can relax by the firepit under the stars listening to the ocean waves.

Perfect Beach house

This was by far the BEST beach rental I have stayed at Ever! Beach access was fast and easy. The hot tub was a Big plus and everything was up to date. Nothing old or hard to use. Very easy to find and Super clean. Clare was SO helpful and friendly. I want to come back again next year. SO worth the money. Thank you SO much for a wonderful time! I had the BEST birthday!

This seaside house is all about the easy beach access and an ocean view from the kitchen table! Communication was timely and efficient with Clare, the property manager. She even delivered dishwasher soap to our doorstep when we ran low.

Great 2 bedroom place for 2 couples

This place was perfect for 2 couples looking for a getaway. Beautiful property, great views, clean and nicely decorated. A hot tub sits above the beach overlooking the ocean... what a view while enjoying the bubbles. The host left us a birthday card and champagne to help in the celebrations of our birthdays. The beds were super comfy and we slept good! Thank you Clare for a wonderful stay and we will return come summer!

Charming little beach house with great views and beach access

Charming, great ocean views, access to wide, very long, sandy beach. Clean, nicely decorated, well-furnished, well-equipped. Nice deck. Good-sized TV in living room with DVR. Living room has both an electric "fireplace" and a "wood"-burning fireplace with insert (Presto logs only). Master bedroom has a small but well-positioned TV. Internet access was fine. Ocean views from all rooms except second bedroom. Plenty of appliances, dishes, pots, pans, accessories, etc. in the kitchen. Some showing the expected moderate wear and tear of less-than-careful prior renters over the years. All usable. Dishes better quality than they often are. 6-seat dining table off the kitchen with ocean views. We only used the master bedroom, which had a comfortable bed. Somewhat close to a couple neighbors, at least one had freely-roaming dogs at times, not an issue for us. No garage or carport, you park on gravel at the end of a shared gravel driveway. I would rate as 4.8 stars (out of 5), but since they don't allow fractions, I'm quite fine with rating it as a 5. Accessibility: Boardwalk to the beach, but steps to get to it, and it ends with a short slightly difficult climb down to the beach. Someone with significant mobility issues may not make it onto the beach. 4 levels. 1.5 steps up from kitchen to main living area, another step up to master bedroom, a further step up to master bathroom. Exterior door into the kitchen level, and another into the main level. No steps at either door.

Amazing Stay!

This house is amazing! Direct access to the beach, very clean, perfect for our family of 4 and our pup loved it as well! House had everything we needed and more! We can’t wait to come back!
