Sıcak bir karşılama yaşadık lobide. 5yaşındaki oğlumuz için yatak notu düşmüştük, ancak maalesef park yatak ayarlamışlar. Çocuğumuzun sığmayacağını söyleyince bize süit odayı tahsis ettiler. My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Kayabali Hotel. The hotel was well-maintained with a homely atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and made from local produce. Also, I punctured my car’s tyre on one of the mountain roads, but when I called the hotel for guidance they were very helpful. The owner’s father went out of his way to come and help me change the tyre and even helped organise a replacement. Cannot recommend enough.

Hotels. com aracılığıyla aldığımız dört kişilik oda zemin (hatta kot 1 ) katta yer alıyordu. doğrudan bahçeye açılan kapıların, özellikle gece açık tutulması, mahremiyet ve güvenlik nedeniyle mümkün değildi. Odada klima da yoktu. Odanın taşıdığı bu standartların rezervasyon sayfasında gösterilmemiş olması önemli bir eksiklik. Kayabalı Hotel'de herkes iyiniyetli ve güleryüzlü. Öte yandan profesyonel hizmet verdiğini düşünmüyorum.. Ufak dokunuşlarla bunu sağlamak mümkün.. Odanıza bir ekstra tuvalet kağıdı koymak veya duş jelini istendiği halde unutmamak mümkün olmalı.. Sensörlü ışık koridorda niye çalışmaz? Kahvaltı açık büfe olabilir ama soğuyacağı belli olan sigara böreği gibi bir seçeneği sıcak sıcak masalara dolaştırmak zor değil.. Ya da rafadan yumurta siparişi nasıl unutulur? Kısacası otelden bir beklentim yok, sadece temiz olsun, servis güleryüzlü olsun diyorsanız bence gidebilirsiniz..
