There were some inconvenience, several time someones else tried open my safe box without my concert,When I report the issued to the manager ,the manager said ( if i wasent happy in the hotel fell free to go), that's a violation to my privacy

Staff did everything to be helpful and make me comfortable. They called local stores for me, to check if items were available. They took *lots* of phone messages for me. They gave directions and called cabs. Breakfast was varied, delicious and abundant — lots of fruits, pastries, “salgados”, bacon and eggs. Also coffee in several forms — cappuccino and latte; hot chocolate and varieties of tea. I only used the pool once, but it was well-maintained — and I had it all to myself! The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Prices are very reasonable.

Great hotel in the city

Provided staff that spoke English. Parking was provided without an additional cost; hotel staff delivered your car promptly when you asked. Breakfast buffet was very good. My room was oversized without costing extra. The staff were courteous and helpful. A buffet was provided for lunch at a reasonable price.

I spent 3 days at this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is more than adequate for business purposes and is well located for access in and out of the city centre. The staff were great and always happy to assist. I would stay at the same hotel again.
