A experiência de hospedagem foi extremamente decepcionante desde o primeiro momento. O banheiro, além de simples, não tinha box, o que deixava o chão constantemente molhado e desconfortável para o uso. O café da manhã também foi frustrante: opções limitadas, praticamente sem variedade, com poucas frutas disponíveis e um pão visivelmente duro, indicando falta de cuidado e frescor. O quarto não proporcionava conforto — a cama tinha uma base de cimento e um colchão ruim, desconfortável e inadequado para uma boa noite de sono. Para piorar, o serviço dos funcionários deixou muito a desejar. Eles não se dispõem a levar itens básicos aos quartos, como toalhas, obrigando o próprio hóspede a descer e buscar o que precisa. Uma estadia marcada por descaso, desconforto e falta de estrutura, longe do mínimo esperado em hospitalidade.

O espaço e localidade são muito bons . Porém tive um problema do ar condicionado não funcionar no primeiro dia e a noite passamos no calor . Pois . Não cederam nem 1 ventilador . No outro dia pela manha a atendente veio falar que se não conseguisse ajeitar o ar condicionado. Iria arrumar um ventilador . Eu prontamente disse que não iria aceitar . Que trocasse de quarto. E ela disse que não . Foi uma situação bem chata . Ter passado a noite suando de calor e ninguém acionar o responsável para resolver imediatamente .

Atendimento mediano, e logo na entrada,portao aberto (que deveria ficar fechado) e uma barata morta na porta... quarto razoavel,mas ducha estava pura ferrugem, apesar do banho quente. Goteira na ducha e rodo para.puxar a agua que acumulava no lado oposto da ducha, ou seja, piso banheiro alagável. Ar co dicionado muito barulhento e acordei meia noite pois alem do barulho dele parecia uma peca interna fazendo mais barulho que o normal. TV somente com canais religiosos. Mesmo pagando 80R$, ainda achei muito p/ nem ter minimo conforto.
