Experiência razoável. O valor se faz jus ao que é entregue. Quarto muito claro, cortina blackout rasgada. Café da manhã somente até 09hrs da manhã e isso não foi comunicado na hora do chekin. Localidade horrível, insalubre. Muitos usuários na rua, perigoso para mulheres sozinhas Limpeza do local, ok.

Pelo custo benefício e localização, vale muito o valor. No meio do centro de Goiânia, com alguns bares perto, se tiverem sono leve, irão se incomodar bastante, como não tenho problemas com isso, pra mim e esposa foi super tranquilo. Queríamos extender o checkout de 12 para às 18:00, solicitei no sábado quando cheguei e fui informado a pedir novamente na segunda, pedi, e fiquei aguardando por 3 horas e nenhum retorno. Só fui informado que podia às 12:00 ou seja, já na recepção com as malas em mão fazendo checkout. Achei falta de interesse e descaso conosco. Pagamos R$109,00 a diária, queriam cobrar R$100,00 por 6 horas., visto que eu vi outra hóspede pagando R$60,00 pra extender o horário quando cheguei no sábado. Ou seja, sem critério e padrão de valor. Optamos por ir embora.

As Recepcionista nata 10 Mais a Organização de quartos foram péssimas. Escolhi um quarto de Casal com ar-condicionado, e Banheiro. Me colocaram num quarto com uma Cama de solteiro com Banheiro Coletivo e sem uma Cadeira e sem uma mesa. Não tinha nem um parafuso para pedirá um Cabide com os meus Ternos. Depois de um dia de hospedagem uma funcionária por nome de Paula muito Gentil, Preparou um quarto de Casal. Parabéns as Funcionárias pela a Gentileza. Mais para a Instrutura Hospedeira Zoro Zero Zero Zero Zero Zero Zero Zero Zero. Agente paga para quando chegarmos de uma Viagem cansativa ter um momento de descanso. Mais aí foi onde começou o sofrimento. Falai para a Paulinha que ali não era um quarto de hospedagem e sim uma sela de Presidiário só uma Cama de solteiro que eu dormindo cheguei a cair da Cama. Ufffa

Hotel antigo, ao lado da rua do lazer de Goiânia, no centro da cidade e próximos a varios pontos turísticos e de fácil locomoção. À noite atenção total, pois nas ruas adjacentes, está com muitos moradores de rua e usuários de drogas. Apesar da cidade ser considerada segura, todo cuidado é essencial. Hotel necessita de uma reforma ampla. A toalha estava com furo, o chuveiro saía pouca água. O café da manhã é o básico. Pelo preço e pela localização vale a hospedagem. Só nesses dois quesitos

Quartos limpos e organizados, o ar condicionado era ótimo porém o ventilador de teto do meu quarto não funcionava. Somente uma luz do quarto era fraca, o restante era bem posicionada e perfeita. O hotel não tinha a minha vaga, escolhi 1 quarto com cama de casal, e não tinha esse quarto verificado no site do hoteis.com, tomei balho frio os dois dias, recepcionista despreparada para lidar com o público, luz do quarto queimada e a TV não funcionava, O hotel estava com um odor de insensso terrível, parecia cheiro de terreiro de macumba, quarto sujo, roupas de cama e travesseiros cheirando mal( cigarro e suor) enfim, o barato saiu caro. OBS: A unica coisa que tem de Bom no hotel é o cafè da manhã e a funcionária que prepara o café é limpa e educada o restante é nota 0. Para ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito.

Quarto limpo, porém achei a estrutura velha e antiga, mas entendi que o hotel é bem antigo mesmo, o quarto é de tijolinho. Ar condicionado antigo mas funcionou, camas barulhentas ao se mexer, a recepcionista um pouco perdida porque não encontrou minha reserva aqui na hotéis e fiquei esperando um tempo pra ser liberada, a região é perigosa já que fica no Centro ali na Av Anhanguera.
