The spacious, friendly and individually furnished apartment consists of a comfortable living room (27 sqm) with sitting area and dining area for 4 persons, with LCD TV, DVD, radio / CD, reading materials, games, a large bedroom (14 sqm) with double bed , a second bedroom (11 sqm) with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen (with 4-plate stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a shower room / WC and hallway. A bike room is available in the yard. The apartment is located on the 1st floor overlooking the village. The beach is 300 meters. Laundry packages can be rented. In the apartment there is an internet connection (Lan). Cot and high chair can be rented on request. Wohnung und Lage toll, Schmuh mit Parkplatz
1. Super Lage, schönes altes Haus.
2. Ausstattung einfach, fehlte z.B. eine Schere oder ein etwas schärferes Messer.
3. Eigentlich einziges Manko: Ein eigener Parkplatz war versprochen. Am Ende war es ein Pool für alle FeWo des Hauses mit definitiv zu wenig Plätzen, sodass man wählen konnte zwischen nahem Bezahlplatz 10€ oder 10 Minuten laufen. 10€ bei 14 Tagen... oder stundenlanges Laufen...das war nicht gut.
