Uns hat der Urlaub im Kapitänshaus sehr gut gefallen und die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin war professionell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Probleme wurden direkt und flexibel gelöst. Da kann man wohnen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner offener Wohn, - Ess und Küchenbereich. Sehr gut ausgestattet und was gefehlt hat, hatten wir dabei. Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sind nicht ganz intakt, funktionieren aber und erfüllen ihren Zweck. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist sehr kuschelig - wer am Fenster schläft, muss sportlich sein 😉. 2. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten ist mehr als ausreichend und es kann im Ausziehbett auch noch eine 3. Person schlafen. Wir hatten Bettwäsche mit gebucht. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings muss man Seersucker-Bettwäsche mögen. Balkon mit Seeblick ist ausreichend groß, allerdings nur 3 Stühle, was für 4 Personen etwas schwierig war, draußen zu sitzen. Bad sehr sauber und eine angenehme Größe für eine Ferienwohnung. Regale und Fön vorhanden. Im Flurbereich - wo auch der Schrank steht, für das Elternschlafzimmer - ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum, perfekt für Getränke und Strandutensilien. Soweit echt schön und gemütlich, auch bei schlechten Wetter tritt man sich nicht auf die Füße. Von den angekündigten Gesellschaftsspielen waren nur noch 2 Kartenspiele da, aber das merkt man nur bei Regen 😉 als kleiner Tip - ein Mückenschutz ( wie bei den anderen 3 Ferienwohnungen im Haus ) an der Balkontür wäre echt angebracht. Alles in Allem sehr schön um die Seele mal baumeln zu lassen.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Der Balkon etwas klein. Die Ausschilderung im Eingangsbereich könnte besser sein. Haben Wohnung nicht gleich gefunden. Codierung nur mit Rücksprache geklappt. Urlaub und Gegend sind Klasse. Vielen Dank.

Gute Lage und Ausstattung, Achtung kein wlan

Eine unmittelbar in Seenähe gelegene nette Wohnung. Grundausstattung vorhanden, in der Küche überdurchschnittlich. Verlässt man sich auf das Vorhandensein von WLAN hat man Pech, Vodafone trägt angeblich die Verantwortung. Wir hätten es angebracht gefunden, bei Buchung auf dieses Defizit hinzuweisen!

Gut gelegen, gute Ausstattung der Küche, kein Internet

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen und ausreichend Besteck, dass es auch bei 5 Personen für mehr als eine Mahlzeit reicht. Vermisst haben wir eigentlich nur Topflappen… In unserer Anwesenheit funktionierte das Internet gerade nicht. Das Wetter war zwar so gut, dass wir das nicht unbedingt zur Unterhaltung brauchten, für die Planung von Ausflügen wäre es zur Recherche aber hilfreich gewesen. Und wenn man heranwachsende Kinder dabei hat sowieso ;)

sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip im Herbst

Gemütliche und schöne Unterkunft fast direkt am See. Wir haben schöne Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren unternommen, waren auch Pilze sammeln. Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne moderne und helle Wohnung am Fleesensee. Alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Kurzer Fußweg von ca. 200m zum See mit Strand und großer Liegewiese. Viele Radwege in direkter Umgebung.

Tolle Lage und schöne Fewo

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Fewo mit toller Lage direkt 100m vom See. Ein kleines Manko, welches gefehlt hat war ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon, ein Aufnehmer und Schaufel und eine Waschmaschine (lt Mietvertrag enthalten). Aber das hat dem Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan und wir würden die Fewo dennoch immer weiterempfehlen.
