Bad hotel plz stay away from this place .We had to wait for the check in and after 2 hrs we got our room . Room was ok but not worth the price and the staff is very rude and idiots .at the time of check out they forced us out of the room after telling them we will do a late check out.
Bad resort I made my booking for 23rd November 2017 but due to medical condition and doctor advise I had to cancel my booking..I had made an advance payment of rs6000..but I only received a payment of rs3000 back though they had promised me to refund my full advance back (attached copy of mail)..prior to my cancellation i had spoken to the booking department Ms.Annette n she told me that since you are canceling your booking reservation 15 days prior and on medical grounds your advance payment of rs 6000 will be refunded in full but to my suprise I only received a payment of rs3000..upon askin dem ms.Annette was very rude..she disconnects the call..upon callin back she says management said so to do so...but during our cancellation talks she never mentioned about any kind of deductions..I also have a copy of the mail sent to me by dem in which dey clearly mentioned that your refund of rs 6000 is under process..but I only received back rs3000...upon askin her to connect line to the manager she says all managers have gone out..I even asked her to connect me to the account department but she refused to do that as well.. People- please be very carefull upon dealing and booking with this resort...They are the person who never keeps their words...and cheats the public Attached below is the copy of mail where they had promised me refund of rs6000 in full
We spent three nights (in a group) at this hotel. One of the worst hotel experience. The list of miseries was endless, but here are a few points. a. The staff at reception, room service and restaurant were arrogant, insensitive and unfit for hospitality industry. b. The hotel is spread in many multistory blocks without any lifts. c. The entrance to hotel is narrow and a bus (for tourist group) can not enter. We had to carry our own luggage across the road, up to reception area in heavy rain. d. No hot water (hot water system is only solar based - no sun light - no hot water). e. Rooms unkempt and dirty. Occasionally cockroaches can be seen moving on walls and floor. f. Bath rooms have no soap dishes, bucket, mug etc. g. Room service is pathetic. h. Breakfast is most frugal. (For all four days of our stay, we were given only boiled eggs as non veg item and cut watermelon as fruit) The only good point is location, amid shops and on main road. Over all a bad experience. Will not recommend it to anyone, particularly the families.
Never book this hotel....stay in guest house or any other place but don't book this hotel at any cost. Reception staff act like they are managing directors. Calling for booking inquiry one lady talk like, she is dong meherbani on us, voice tooo horrible which cant tolerable...we stayed and checked out also still reservation team replying our inquiry. I booked this hotel at a very low price and the services and the room provided was amazing. They also provided small refrigerators in the room. Everything was arranged properly. The breakfast they served was extremely good. The staff was also very good and helping.
we stayed from 17th July to 20th July 1) Room were given quick and was cleaned at check-in 2) Welcome drinks were given that was really amazing,, thanks to the hotel staff. 3) Hot water was one issue but due to heavy rainfall and as it informed to us that hot water is on solar system, but still we got hot water after tap was on for 10 minutes. 4) BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB, AWESOME AND FANTASTIC. (Please continue your chef and we will visit again) 5) on the day of check out we got packed breakfast overall its the best hotel in Goa i can suggest anyone..
Located at heart of city near to the Calungate beach. Having more than 150 rooms with different blocks. Hospitality is pleasent. Ask for rooms located in new blocks located at back of swimming pool, they are new rooms. Breakfast is always amazing with variety of options, so with Lunch and dinner. Jain food available. Some times issue with room service, due to shortage of staff. Overall it was great experience staying at Sunkissed Plaza .. rocking Goa.
Hi have been at Sunkissed with my friends, the hotel is cool and quiet enjoyable. The hotel is very near to Calangute, Candolim beaches!!! Breakfasts and dinners are ok in taste as its an buffet system. The lunch are very delicious but you have to pay for it. Overall it's good to be at Sunkissed!!
I Stay sunkissed plaza hotel but terrible experience room was not properly clean room standard is very low. After a long drive we reached at the reception at 2pm hoping for our rooms to be ready but we got the rooms after waiting for 2 hours although the check in time was 2 pm.
