This is such a huge space with great water bodies and a huge pool. Space and the cottages are great, it could have been an oasis of beauty and luxury sadly the management is just not bothered. The food is horrible every dish is made by Bengali cooks who add mustard oil to everything. The food is a 'no eat'. Please don't even bother with the breakfast is nothing to rave about. The room cleaner cleaned our water glasses with the same cloth with which he was dusting the room! Wifi is only at the reception. You can give it a miss.
We visited this place during August 2017 and booked 3 rooms. It was nice place but couple of our rooms had issues with Air conditioner and drainage in bathroom. Even after complaining for 3 times they didnt take any action. Room quality was good and it was clean. I suggest all to check AC and drainage first. Overall experience was good not AWESOME.
Very horrible experience. Pathetic room service, pathetic staff. You have to be strictly punctual of your time as exactly at 10AM they stopped the complimentry breakfeast(See pic). You can't bring outside food. Glasses are cleaned once in a day.As per staff other time you have to clean yourself. Very bad maintenance of the property. Even a small family of 3 can't accommodate on the bed and in the suite room. Poor lighting in the room. Everything is chargeable here except air. The only benefit of this propery is that it is located on a good location. Baga beach is only on a walking distance.
We stayed here for 3 nights in fabric cottage the. They Have wooden cottages too, property is big and every cottage have lake on both side food is not bad but limited choices whole resort need a ramp up and painting, i have no idea why a/c doesn't chill may coz of fabric walls , it was clean and staff was well behaved if you are with your friends take fabric (its cheaper) cottage other wise take wooden cottages, its very close to baga n calungut beach
hi,, i stayed in this resort in december. it is a bigg resort with an artificial lake inside,,,, n a bigg swimming pool inside, the rooms here r cottages but they really didnt maintain it clean lots of dust everywhere n water in the lake is so dirty,, pool is good n the restaurant is average. n taste of food is average.
I was looking for a property near to Baga Beach at the same time should have been peaceful and relaxing. I zeroed in on this property courtesy TravelTriangle.com and Tripsailer.com and was not disappointed. Right from the handling of checkin to check out I was made to feel comfortable. I had taken a fabric cottage with extra bed. The cottage was very good, clean and comfortable with plentiful supplies of water and tea/coffee/milk sachets. The surrounding was excellent with well manicured gardens, water bodies and a very clean swimming pool. I was impressed with the cleanliness all around and in the rooms as well as the bathroom. The restaurant was also good serving delicious dishes without being much fancy or exorbitant. The breakfast spread was limited but very good and tasteful. Everyday separate items were served which was good. The staff was also very helpful and courteous if not very professional at times but that did not take away anything from the enjoyment. The proximity of the resort to Baga beach was an advantage at the same time its distance from the beach was just enough to keep away the blaring music from the Beach sacks played throughout the night to allow a peaceful sleep. Overall, it was a very nice experience and made the trip to Goa with my family a very comfortable and memorable one. I highly recommend this property.
If you want a gorgeous peaceful place to stay but only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Calangute then this is the place to stay. Lovely acommodation, very attentive staff and a magnificent pool!
Good rooms, but average guest services. Staff need to improve on their guest communication. Though Food is good but F&B services are very below average. Breakfast buffet is very limited and need to have more items in it. In case of full house, you have to stand & wait for your turn, which disappoints you. All the in-house activities mentioned on the website are not upto mark and worth visiting. Atleast complementary drop to the Baga beach (450 mts) could add to the guest satisfaction, but resort denies that, and guest keep on waiting outside in the sun for a transportation.
the resort is ideal place to stay near baga beach . very near to beach . resort offers you indoor games fishing boating and all the staff is very co-operating.The resort offers you different category of huts .
Great property but needs improvement in maintaining.. service was average.. good rooms.. pleasant atmosphere. very quiet area.. but telephone not working.. then they have a strange system of one solar unit for two rooms which is in shade. so getting hot water was a problem.. good pool. room service needs improvement.. better not to opt for breakfast because there are lot of better ones nearby
