We stayed here for 5 nights in January. The bungalows are average size, bed ok, bathroom ok, but overall this place is overpriced. The internet is very poor, sometimes did not work at all. Seating area outside is good. No breakfast.

I booked the stay during 26th Jan week via Cleartrip.com. The resort staff was too kind to upgrade us to a Suite and gave us early checkin as well. The suite was much bigger as compared to the standard and deluxe studio. Its kitchen was well furnished and ready to use , which was very much needed to prepare some homemade food for our 1yr old daughter. The resort housekeeping and restaurant staff was polite and service quality was great. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items to suit the taste of Indian and foreign travelers. Its located at walking distance from Benaulim beach. The resort/property was well maintained and value for money. We enjoyed our stay.

We came across this hotel while looking for a reasonably priced option in Benaulim in mid december. Considering we were more than 2 people, they upgraded us into a suite for free. The suite was more of a 1BHK and reminded me so much of the apartment hotels abroad. The furnished apartment was spread out in 600-700 sq. ft. space and turned out to be perfect for us. The space was clean and well maintained. Besides a functional kitchen and sofa cum bed in the living room, it had a fridge and 2 ACs. It also had 2 mini balconies. They provide breakfast and have a sports room with TT and carrom. I will highly recommend it to travellers looking for a decently priced spacious accommodation near Benaulim beach. Thanks for the hospitality guys!

Good place of you want to stay outside the din and bustle of GOA City.... This one has traditional Duplex styled apartment which are converted into rooms... Once you enter inside the rooms (deluxe) you will get feeling of a 1BHK (Mumbai Style) wherein even a kitchen is there with Gas and basic utensils kept that make stay a bit different (in a good way) Staff is okay.... They cooperate and are in listening mood. Bar is a small one but still enough for a small group of friends to chill and enjoy drinks. Overall a good experience. Yes they have a pool.

I just came back from Goa after staying at this place for 3 nights and 4 days. The major plus point is its very close to the beach. The room was cozy(good for a couple but small for a family) and the service was good too. Though the pool wasn't working which was a big disappointment as we were informed about it last minute but they tried to compensate it by giving us a complimentary wine and good service. I would recommend this place definitely for a stay in South Goa.

This is possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. On arrival the first impressions were that the buildings were old crumbly and dirty reminiscent of a dated holiday camp! The reception staff were rude and disinterested. The room was dark the bathroom shower dirty, no wifi in the room and tea cups with black hair in and sticky sugar residue. We went to the "bar" and asked for a pot of hot water which, when poured contained brown particles. The following morning we asked for a bottle of water which never arrived. Again the staff were rude and pretty much ignored us! With such an abundance of hotels all over Goa this one must be avoided! We checked out after one night despite having another night booked! Please avoid this dreadful place. I will be seeking a refund

We made a mistake of booking this property. Upon reaching at the property, we found that it looks isolated, ticks were all around the walls, rooms were horribly dirty, the curtains had to be replaced. We were completely distressed as it was hard to spend even minutes over there. We called back to Makemytrip and requested them to help us out in cancellation. Finally they spoke to the management and refunded our money back. We couldn't find anything good out there and it seemed an abandoned place which lacked care.

excellence experience for relaxation location is good but service is poor room is cleaned swimming pool i like with major safety with drinking facility and service t was a great stay. All hotel staff was very co-operative. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

We had stayed at the Lotus a couple of years earlier and liked it. This time we booked through Domnick at his beach shack. We kept asking to see the suite but he joked us off. When we finally entered the suite it hadn't been cleaned and the bathroom window was stuck open to the open window a few feet away. Furniture was greasy and black with filth, not to mention broken into dangerous shards. We cancelled with Domnick at sunset, after being promised a better suite that didn't happen. We then went with Mario who got us a bigger suite with a closing window in the bathroom. But it was miserably filthy with cockroaches crawling out of the broken plaster. The suite could have been lovely. Good sized kitchen, living room. 2 big bedrooms and balconies overlooking the pool. But it was obvious the private owner hadn't had the place cleaned or repaired in at least 20 years. The floors were spotless but grime and bugs and old food covered surfaces away from that shiny floor. We were desperate as night was falling but they gouged us despite our disappointment. Mario had found us a good suite at the Lotus a few years earlier so we felt very let down this time around. I can provide a video if needed.

I received a text from Jonathan as soon as I stepped off the flight asking me to call as soon as we were in the cab so that he could inform the driver about the exact directions. The place is located about 50 minutes drive from the airport. Jonathan was waiting for us at the resort with the room all set. The room is exactly as described in the photos. There were a lot more goodies than what was mentioned in the description. There was a complementary water bottle, soft drink and a packet of cashews. Shampoos, soaps, toothpaste were also provided. Lets say that the quality of the accommodation was much better than expected. The beach is about 200m from the room and it is quite nice. It was a lot secluded than North Goa beaches but there are lifeguards every 500m so its safe. Quite a good choice of restaurants on the beach and a few more along the road as well so eating out is not an issue. Will make sure our next stay is Jonathan's property in Palolem which he recommended. All in all, a great time spent at a really good place.
