I had stayed for 2 night so experience was best & all staff were very friendly, room was totally clean, food was awesome & best part is that Hotel is located in prime location & in future I will must stay here again with my family

I went for an official meeting in goa and stayed in this hotel. The front of the house staff is very cooperative and offered me a very good room. Rooms are nicely maintained and clean. The food in the restaurant is amazing with lots of variety. The best part of this hotel is the location .its in the heart of the city. I really thank all the staff for giving the best hospitality. You guys rocks.

Property is located at prime location, make it easy to travel across the city. Perfectly suitable for business travelers as well as families. Rooms are maintained well though need attention on amenities. Rooms offer magnificent views of the city and river. Hotel provide good buffet breakfast. welcoming staff.

I have been to this hotel for a week for my business trip.. Hospitality was awesome.. Front desk guy Mr.Siddharth is so helpful and so kind in nature. Food quality was good at par.. Best part is Top Roof restaurant were you can sit n enjoy with the view of Mandovi river.. Looking forward to visit it again...

Dear Mr. Siddarth & Team, Prime plaza Located in prime place which is Near to patto bridge, Hospitality is good. Helpdesk is good. Nice to stay& we enjoyed staying here. Room was clean maintained at affordable place.

I have stayed here couple of times in last 1 year (more than 2 weeks each time) for some official work as this is the nearest hotel to my work place. Issues - 1) No latch to lock the room door from inside so anyone with the master key can enter the room at any point of time. (trust me, all staff members has the master key) 2) They don't understand what is the meaning of 'Do not disturb'. So even if you keep the reception informed/ put 'do not disturb' sign board outside the room/ keep 'do not disturb' switch on, it doesn't make any difference to them and they would still ring the bell which has worst noise ever and if you don't open it after 2 door bell rings then they would open it with 'Master Key' (especially laundry guys) 3) 2-3 times in a week they have water issues and in the middle of bathing, hot water stops coming (i mean not even a drop of hot water comes out) and you end up bathing in cold water which is really cold and its damn frustrating and they don't have any daily routines to check their basic facilities are working fine or no. All they say is 'it will be done in sometime'. 4) Laundry service - Beware of this guys. We understand its their job to collect laundry and deliver us but they don't have fix timings and they don't have any fix method. Sometimes they call at 7.30 in the morning to ask for laundry and sometimes they ring the bell at 7.45 despite of keeping the 'do not disturb' card on the door and they will open the door if you don't open it within 1 min. Incidence - On a Saturday night, I had informed the reception to not to send the laundry guys tomorrow as I don't intend to wake up before 11AM and still at 9AM the laundry guy came to give some headache. Laundry guys have pathetic attitude towards guests. 5) There were days when breakfast was really great but now even that has lost the taste and quality. And its not consistent, someday its good and someday its worst. I need my breakfast to be awesome as it makes my day so ultimately we have started going out. I have given two ratings based on - a) I really like the rooms - especially room no. 503 and 504 it has the best view, well furnished and room cleaners are really great at their work. It feels fresh every evening when we enter our room. b) Mr. Gomes (the manager) - He is really a great guy and the only reason we have stayed here multiple times and for long duration as he has always solved our issues (unfortunately issues are repeated every time coz of poor staff around) and he has always taken full responsibility.

Though I stayed in this hotel in December 2014, but since there is no option to choose date before November 2015 so I am choosing that only. Please pardon me. I stayed from 6th December 16 to 10th December 14. We were 4 adults. I personally called to hotel and talked to Mr. Celestine Gomes. he was very cooperative and he booked a suite with extra bed for us. Room was quite spacious with a beautiful view of river Mandovi and ships in the river. A full glass window. Room was very well maintained with LED TV, fridge and with all the essential toiletries in the bathroom. Hotel is small and does not have parking but we did not need it. We used the hotel car for all sightseeing and airport drive for which they charged reasonable. Breakfast was good and plenty choices. Hotel location is very good. Market is near. After dinner one can walk up to river. Staff was cooperative and they served in room also. I am fully satisfied.

I stayed in the hotel during my business visit to Goa. As location is convenient, near KTC bus stand, I booked it through roomstonite. I found hotel to be average compared to the price they quoted. Rooms: Rooms were average with 3 categories in it. Executive, Elite and Suit. I was initially put up in the executive, however since Wi-Fi was not working, I was shifted to Elite. To my surprise the rooms were almost equal in size. Not sure why do they categorise it. Ambience: The hotel entrance does not ahve any parking and inside hotel also there is hardly any place for parking. Hence beaware in case if you are traveling by your own car. The Sofa placed in the entrance Lobby ( so called sit out area) was torn and shabby. One can not accept this standard especially in entry itself. Overall the hotel offers a very congested view and has not great ambience Food: They have a restaurant and food is average. The new Ritz classic is near from the hotel I will advise try food there instead in this hotel. The breakfast served was okay. Staff: Staff was co-operative. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi I could access on second day only after I request twice. I guess there was some technical issue. However, I assume the range is good Rooms and Interiors Rooms are small. The interior is okay. They should improve on cleanliness of bathrooms though Overall, it is an average hotel for business traveller and should be your last choice unless you do not find any better hotel. near to this hotel there are few good options like Ginger, Park-In, Crown which you can try before booking. Overall it is average hotel.
