3.500 rupees a night without breakfast is away too expensive for the service offered. There are many cheapest options around Calangoute, Baga, Arambol, Anjuna and Panjim. The quality and cleaning of the furniture is not worth the price they ask without even provide breakfast at Goveia
Spent 4 nights there with family and must recommendation to people traveling in groups or with big group. Booked 3 villas and each villa had 2 rooms on first floor with balcony, dining and drawing room with kitchen on the ground floor. Kitchen had almost everything which a family may need when they are out like microwave oven, electric induction, toaster, electric cattle, cooktop, cutlery, refrigerator, watching machine, etc. This place is about 2 min walking distance from the main candolim market and about 500 mts from the candolim beach. Staff was supportive and cooperative. Would recommend to people traveling with big family or group. Thanks
I have taken the package from this and my ID is SDL00013157. I have given the request for booking a lot of time but they have not provided the booking. During booking they will promise a lot of facility but you people won't get that. So please its my humble request to everyone do not book any package from this service provider
A very below average hotel. Not very clean and not maintained properly. Overly crowded as the number of rooms are more and the amenities are less. Food options are very minimal even though there is nothing to complain about quality. Beach is no where in sight!
Avoid executive room 18. Its window opens to garbage area. Take only if you wish to get confined to the room. Welcome drink never arrived. Got the room change swiftly but new room(Standard room #22) has erratic toilet flush, flickering bathroom lights, shower is too slow, refrigerator cooling is absymal, AC cooling is inconsistent. I made a complaint about AC cooling, maintainance guys says its working, we switched off dan and ask him does he feels it is cooling, he said eventually in night it will cooler.. i said are you out of your mind, he said why are you calling me "pagal" and this conversation timing was 12.30 am and i am writing this review at 12.42 am and ordeal is not yet over..i am tired so i wanted to get a decent sleep but looks like that will not happen. i will not be a repeat customer for sure and hopefully review readers will make a wise decision
Stayed with friend. Executive rooms are spacious. Service was superb & prompt.Beautiful garden in the front side. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all for making our stay memorable. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and only 5 to the shops. This property was perfectly located with easy access to Candolim & Calangute Beaches and many fine & budget dining places....not to speak of the varied Flea Markets and small Shopping shacks.
We stayed for 4 night's in the hotel recently, the room's which were offered to us on arrival was not as per our expectations so we requested the person to change it and it was promptly done. To our dismay even the changed room had ac issues and we had to request Mr. Guru who was at the reception to change it again and he did it promptly without any argument or persuasion. The restaurant is just ok so don't expect much from it but you have many eateries in close vicinity at walking distance. The condolim beach is also 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Mr. Guru is a valuable asset to any company as he is always eager to solve the problems and makes sure that the guest is happy I wish for him a very bright future.
A very low budgeted hotel with very good rooms... Rooms are spacious and very hygienic... Courteous staff ... Needs little refurbishment on the outside part of the hotel... Can do much better than now by upgrading the services and looks...
Stayed with friends. Executive rooms are spacious. Service was superb & prompt. Reception lady was courteous. Ample parking. Beautiful garden in the front side. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all for making our stay memorable.
Stayed here for two days in Mar 2017, Property self found is average. Out ambience is good enough but the room I stayed was not good, View of back side from room was dirty village, Catle provided for tea was dirty (cockroach was there in it) when I asked to change it, house keeping just clean it and also shows arrogance on that. Washroom was also not clean Pot was dirty. In terms of food would prefer if anyone visiting this property avoid eating food there. We had buffet system but the food woa not good Neither in Breakfast nor in lunch. Pool is good enough, No medical facility of first aid available during the tenure we were there.
