Urlaub war ok

Der Check-in, als auch der Check-out Vorgang war sehr einfach. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber geputzt. In den Schränken und den Betten haben wir schwarze Haare gefunden. Der Rasen war nicht gemäht, die Hecke nicht geschnitten. Trotz der so genannten Kleinigkeiten buche ich auf keinen Fall mehr über Fe-Wo oder dem Vermieter Renters.pl des Hauses. Über Fewo als auch über den Vermieter wurde uns ein Betrag bestätigt. Allerdings wurde uns über 300€ mehr abgebucht, weil der Vermieter die Zahlung über eine Bank abwickelt, die auf den Währungskurs noch 7,5% Gebühr aufschlägt. Der Vermieter hat die Buchung ohne Nachfrage in EUR angewiesen und wir sollten uns doch bitte mit der Bank auseinandersetzen mit der wir überhaupt keine Beziehung hatten. Nach mehreren E-Mails hat sich Fewo als auch der Vermieter nicht mehr dazu geäußert.

Das Objekt war in Ordnung für 1 Woche, check in/out war problemlos Schlüssel war in einem safe am Haus für Kaution/ Gas Abrechnung kam ein mitarbeiter vorbei. Kleines Manko wir hatten eigentlich mit zwei Bädern gebucht ging trotzdem für den Preis für zwei Familien vollkommen in ordnung
