On-site cultivation includes white grape varieties such as Seyval Blanc, Solaris, Muscaris, and Hibernal, as well as red varieties: Regent and Cabernet Cortis.

Guests have access to a shared space that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, featuring a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. For relaxation, there is a comfortable cinema and lounge room with a large 75-inch screen, as well as a spa area with a hydromassage jacuzzi, sauna, and shower, available to all apartments.
