Sleeping Arrangements:
- Master Bedroom – 1 King Bed
- Second Bedroom – 1 Queen Bed and - Bunk Bed: 1 Twin Bed over 1 Full Bed
- Sunroom – Futon (pulls out to Full Bed, bedding provided)
- Can sleep 6 comfortably: 2 ppl on King, 2 ppl on Queen, 1 person on Full, 1 person on Twin
-- Can also sleep up to 8 people for an additional charge: would require guest to have: 2 ppl on Full and 1 person on Futon in Sunroom
- Down feather duvets
- All house linens are washed in scent free hypoallergenic detergent

Pool is open for the Summer season (end of May until end of September). Pool is closed for the 2025 season!

- Pool is heated to 80*F during the Summer season
- Higher temperatures are available upon request (with additional fee)
- Depth range from 3ft – 8ft

- Kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook
