Hotel elevator was not in service > desk clerk initially assigned a room on the second floor > was unable to access stair well > requested first floor room > room was unready and had to wait until it was. Clerk was flat of affect, uncommunicative, and indifferent. Overall, most unwelcoming.

The spa was not heated which came to a surprise to the staff... Uh huh... The food in the morning was cold, juice watered down. And got billed twice for the room... Once on Orbitz and once on my credit card used for incidentals... Still waiting for resolution
Was not very happy me and a friend stayed 2 nights on a holiday weekend. House keeping did not come to clean the room the 2nd day. The front desk guy stated that every other day the rooms get cleaned. Then the lady manager stated the rooms are suppose to be cleaned. She stated that if u don't want it clean you leave a card on the door, in which case I didn't. She apologized and said she would put 1000 points towards my account. Not sure what the points will even do for me, but that does not matter because I wanted my room clean and was not satisfied. Customer service should be a must. Not sure what type of training these 2 individuals received. Obviously not customer service. The manager nor the guy even asked what room I stayed in. Not a satified guest it was even difficult to get towels and toilet paper, very disappointed.
